Reggae Fest Tickets

If the promoter wants to do another reggae event in TO he needs to do his research. This is a reggae/dancehall city. The music was very commercial and like someone hit shuffle on spotify. The time was way too early. How is it over at 2am. Also it was very annoying to be asking for hats/hoods to be taken off over the mic in the middle of the party. This was not up to standards for a reggae/dancehall party in Toronto.

The venue History is very nice i like the front look with the workers all dressed in black and looking very professional. It looked kind of fancy and sophisticated which was nice. The saff was friendly it was a good vibe. There was not alot of people and the music was not that good just another night out same old thing nothing special. They didn't play enough reggae considering its supposed to be a reggae night. They gave away fun glow sticks that was nice.. it was overall a fun and good experience. I think the music could of been better . Also they should of had more DJs than just one.

Drinks were way too pricey for dj playing! I understand if it was a live performance show with people playing musical instruments or something. 6 drinks inc water was over $100 geeez tailgating is the way to go! Overall I danced my butt off!

It was so much fun. It was executed perfectly everything was smooth. The venue is amazing!

The DJs didnt play full songs, especially the popular ones. The moat popular raggae songs and anthems were not played. The DJs were majorly disappointing. I loved the space and security. They were professional and friendly! The drinks were over-priced! The venue did not have enough ventilation. The smoking area was really gross..not classy at all. There should have been some places to sit without having to pay an outrageous amount beforehand. Would not attend again with the same DJs..the crowd was not even that wild.

Venue was not as full as expected, absolutely nowhere to sit even for a few mins to rest feet. Would have been better if there was some actual artists/more interaction between entertainment and the crowd. Drinks were insanely priced $11 for a shot, $13.50 for a mixed cooler drink!! Needless to say we didn’t bother to drink, thankfully we brought something to smoke… probably won’t go again.

I enjoyed this event so much a very pleasant experience.

Very millenial/Gen X audience, but it was still fun. DJs had a good selection of music but didn't start playing back to back bangers until about 12:30/1am (the event started at 10pm and finished at 2am). Shoutout to the guy who got lit and started a little dance crew lol. 9/10 overall, just wish that the music was lit the whole time. Definitely go with a friend if you plan on going to this event :)
