About

Roger Hodgson is universally acclaimed as one of the most gifted composers and lyricists of our time.  Hodgson co-founded Supertramp in 1969 and helped define a generation of progressive rock.  He is the singer/songwriter of such globally successful and enduring anthems as "The Logical Song," "Breakfast in America," "Give a Little Bit," "Take the Long Way Home," "Dreamer," "It's Raining Again," "School," "Fool's Overture," and many more timeless songs that helped his former band sell well over 60 million albums to date. 

For many fans, Roger Hodgson was the spiritual force behind the band for the 14 years prior to his departure in 1983.  While he and the other co-founder, Rick Davies, shared writing credit, they actually wrote and composed separately.  

Hodgson continues to tour extensively worldwide performing not only his classics, but also material from his solo albums.  For additional information, visit

    I thoroughly enjoyed the show. His music played by an orchestra just brings a full sound to it. His voice has maintained over the years. That I truly appreciate. I've gone to concerts where the singers voice is not the same and the experience is not the same. He enjoys the music he plays. Some singers do not enjoy playing their nostalgic hits and Roger is not like this. Roger respects his music and I think that's wonderful. The audience around me loved singing to his songs and there was a moment where it touched my husband and I. Thank you for another great show!!!

    Loved the new opening, the music was great, and it was a wonderful show both nights. The only downside was the lighting, it was hard to see the band with the lights .

    New lineup of songs this year. One played twice, probably by mistake, but such a beautiful piece of music, were not disappointed to hear it more than once. 'Death or a Zoo' remains the highlight for us. A powerful, very moving piece of music. Guaranteed to bring a tear or two every time we hear it. Altogether, a fabulous evening as always. It has become a regular pilgrimage to Casino Rama to hear Roger perform. I believe we have heard him there about 10 or 12 times now, and will keep coming back. The ultimate performer.     The concert was a blast from the past in everyway! Roger was outstanding in his performance with the orchestra. 2 hours flew by. Encore got the house up on their feet. Great time!

    Roger Hodgson always puts on a wonderful show. An evening with Roger and his music is very therapeutic and enjoyable, his songs are many of Sueprtramps best songs.

    This is one of the best concerts ever ! We have seen Roger Hodgson now 4 times and took all our friends this time. The performance is personal, meaningful, electric and the music is incredible. The sound with the orchestra is mind blowing. Roger is the nicest most genuine artist. Will go every year......would n't miss it !!! Barb and Dan

    Roger never looses a step I’ve seen him 6 times at Rama and every show was 5 stars. I highly recommend seeing him live if you haven’t.

    Roger Hodgson put on a non stop two hour excellent performance accompanied by his band, an orchestra, and a choir. The sound and lighting were superb.

    The most amazing act I have seen at Casino Rama. Roger Hodgson did all the old Supertramp tunes as well as his own material. The orchestra was outstanding. I was so glad the volume was not ear-splitting like at most concerts there. I want to go back next year!

    Seen Roger three years in a row at this venue. He had two new band members at this show. They performed very well. Rogers choice of some songs could have been better with the impressive catalog that he has. People come to see him for the songs they grew up with and recognize. Still always a good show. Had a great evening. Roger looked a bit tired as one would be after all the touring he has done this year of course....the music was still great!
