About

Roger Hodgson is universally acclaimed as one of the most gifted composers and lyricists of our time.  Hodgson co-founded Supertramp in 1969 and helped define a generation of progressive rock.  He is the singer/songwriter of such globally successful and enduring anthems as "The Logical Song," "Breakfast in America," "Give a Little Bit," "Take the Long Way Home," "Dreamer," "It's Raining Again," "School," "Fool's Overture," and many more timeless songs that helped his former band sell well over 60 million albums to date. 

For many fans, Roger Hodgson was the spiritual force behind the band for the 14 years prior to his departure in 1983.  While he and the other co-founder, Rick Davies, shared writing credit, they actually wrote and composed separately.  

Hodgson continues to tour extensively worldwide performing not only his classics, but also material from his solo albums.  For additional information, visit

    Ok, spoiler alert.. my kids say I have a man crush on Roger. If you loved Supertramp then go see Roger, as it is SUPERTRAMP all over again. Roger's voice has held the test of time. The songs are still amazing and you will be hanging with thousands of die-hard SUPERTRAMP fans. Do it because some day soon he will say, that's it!!

    Absolutely fantastic. He was so personable, felt like we were sitting in our living room with him. His voice is still as good as ever and his band is extremely talented. Loved it!!

    I saw Supertramp in Edmonton Alta...back in 1983 and it was just so great....Well have to say that Rodger Hodgson has not changed in 34 years....it was like seeing Supertramp all over again. Loved it! Thanks Rodger Hodgson for putting on a great show in Kingston, Ontario.

    Roger Hodgson and his group sounded great. It was like listening to his old group "Supertramp". Fantastic performance by all band members! If he comes again, I will be attending again! Awesome show!

    What a great guy Roger was. We had never seen him before and he was very KIND. He treated his audience as though he were playing for a group of friends. His music was well known to most and full of passion. We loved it!!

    He is such a class act! From his demeanor, what he wears, how he communicates with the audience, and of course, how he sounds. If you close your eyes, you think you are listening to the record, with just enough difference to know it is live.

    As soon as Roger and his band entered the stage, you knew it was going to be a great night! How Roger had asked us to forget about all of our problems and 'enjoy the show'! So, we all did that! Him mentioning how two of his band members are Canadian, COOL! Then asking us if we could whistle..... and we sure did when he played 'Sister Moonshine'! Every moment was excellent! Every song he played either brought back good memories or started wonderful new ones! I have yet to miss a Roger Hodgson concert (solo or as Supertramp!) ....and I never will! See you next year Roger!

    Roger Hodgson is one of the best shows I have seen. So personable and connects so well with the audience. His first statement on stage was to say that whatever was happening in your life to leave it outside and to just sit and enjoy the next two hours....and that we did! An excellent performance. Will definitely be attending again next visit.
