Love Russell Howard’s humour and it was fun to see how that was received by Canadians! A great show!
Little late starting and I couldnt believe there was an intermission after a 15 minute opening act, but the show was hilarious. Tailored to the venue and Russell rolled with the heckles. Made you feel like you were sitting in the local bar with him. Opener was great too.
I mean he delivered what I would expect. Perfection. The supporting act as well did a perfect job. Venue was clean, security and staff were helpful and kind. 11/10 overall.
Great show by Russell Howard! Had the crowd laughing throughout. Material was fresh, witty, and the perfect level of rude!
His experiences/ stories told with clever and sometimes dirty humour was hilarious. There is no way anyone cannot laugh (or cry) watching Russell’s show.
Great performance. Good opening act. As always you made me laugh. I love how you encourage the hecklers and incorporate them into your show. The interesting hecklers, thats is. Love how you ignored the drunk douche bags sat next to me.
I bought these tickets as a last minute surprise and we had so much fun! The opener was great, and Russell Howard is always hilarious.
Russell put on a great show. Laughs from start to finish. His support act was brilliant as well. The mic was quiet quiet however. Hard to hear them speak in quiet moments, and certainly heard some feedback coming form stage. Russell even made mention of it as if someone told him to hold the mic closer to his mouth... Disappointing for what seemed like a fairly high quality venue.
Always frustrating when an event ticket clearly shows a start time and the performers or organisers consider it a suggestion. The issue comes from those of us who have to arrange for train schedules, caregivers etc and it just starts everything off incorrectly. The show it self was quite good. Material was humorous. Loads of fun. The sound was not the best. Very difficult to hear Russell or the opening performer from where we were sat. Overall the show was good. It just felt like it wasn't really organised properly. I can't put that fault on Russell but unfortunately I would lay it on the organisers.
Funny show with timely, relevant topics. Only thing that drops it to 4 stars is the small issue with sound system which Russel Howard eluded to during show
