Sarah Brightman, the world's best-selling Soprano and UNESCO Artist for Peace Ambassador, has amassed sales of more than 30 million, receiving awards in over 40 countries and garnering over 1 billion streams worldwide. She originated the role of Christine Daaé in the world-renowned The Phantom of the Opera on both West End and Broadway stages and has performed at such prestigious events as the Concert for Diana, The Kennedy Center Honors and the Barcelona and Beijing Olympic Games. Sarah's albums Eden, La Luna, Harem, Symphony and Dreamchaser were each chart-topping Billboard hits and were all accompanied by world tours. From the theatre, to the costumes and the choir and the symphony, the little boy guest was fantastic and the other gentleman who accompanied Sarah it was so magical … we left with such a warm feeling… I’ve never seen my mum so happy… thank you for the perfect Christmas present a daughter could give her Mum! Your new theatre is absolutely amazing and very comfortable
Very few talents like this now-a-days. Sarah stood and delivered a world class performance like very few can. Worth the price of admission.
Seeing Sarah Brightman perform was on my bucket list since I was a teenager obsessed with the Phantom of the Opera and the original London cast musical soundtrack. When I saw her on stage with my husband it was like seeing a real live angel from Heaven. A real angel of Music. When she sang .. oh my goodness .. I felt my whole body ascending and I was moved to tears. The visuals of light combined with her ethereal grace and voice are absolutely beautiful and enchanting.
Sarah’s show on Thursday night was magical. When I checked her tour dates and saw Niagara Falls Ontario I asked my parents if the wanted to attend. Early Christmas present for them and a dream come true for me. Her choices of songs and back up choir was terrific. Thank you.
I expected great things from this show and was not disappointed. Sarah Brightman deserves all the accolades she receives and then some. The show had wonderful music, the choir was a great addition and the music was outstanding. The musical director was amazing. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful evening..
The best singer, guests, choir I have ever seen. The show was very well organized.
Her voice is still powerful as ever, when she sang phantom of the opera it brought me back to when I was a kid and heard her beautiful voice for the first time.
She never fails to amaze. Her voice is amazing. No need for any fancy extras / dancing etc. She was enough. Loved the Christmas Songs etc.
We spent two thirds of the concert with our hands over our eyes because the spotlights were shining directly at us and we were literally blinded. What a complete and utter waste of money.
Sarah was excellent as was her male accompaniment for some songs. The venue left a bit to be desired - although the stage was new, some lights were improperly placed and shone directly in people’s faces, they had strong air conditioning on which made it super-cold, and the venue amplifies people’s voices on the ground so the ushers who were yapping amongst themselves were very distracting. Also, very few washrooms, they all seemed to be clustered around the middle of the auditorium, so people sitting on the ends had to walk along ways which caused huge lineups as everyone needed to queue at the same spot. They had a speaker that was blocking part of the view from the sides - normally the speakers are not placed on the stage so everyone has a clear view but it looks like the stage wasn’t optimally designed. Huge auditorium, though. Also note that the theatre is over where the old Sheraton hotel used to be, so if you park at the Fallsview Casino, not only do you have to pay $50 to park, but you have to walk a long distance to the theatre - and maybe there is cheaper, closer parking.
You will always know that a concert with Sarah Brightman will have to be great, but this show was unic and magical. Loved the music and enjoyed the show.
Have seen Sarah Brightman in past, yet the Chruistmas Symphony was exceptional. She sang a duet and performed the Phantom of the Opera song. Was blown away. Loved that she often changed her attire for the outfits that she wore were stunning. She xis unbelievable.
That ‘s all there was by! Very talented lady…once was good, but enough!
The show started way too late for a week night, 8:30 pm. Especially with an older crowd. Sarah Brightman was probably much better in her prime. She had no stage personality and did not interact with her audience at all. She couldn’t really hit all her notes as she used to. The first half of the show was extremely boring as the song choices were so slow and not familiar. This was marketed as a Christmas show and there were only 3 Christmas songs. The orchestra and choir were AMAZING, that saved the show. I wouldn’t spend money on this show. Also, there was a 15 intermission that prolonged the show which made it even later. Not needed.
One of the best shows we’ve ever seen. Compares to Celine Dion in Vegas or to O Cirque du Soleil ! Thank you Sarah Brightman!

5 stars for the artist……2 stars for the venue….the venue was very inaccessible to people with mobility issues and the staff we encountered were rude
We thoroughly enjoyed seeing Sarah Brightman perform live. She sings like an angel and dresses like one too!! We were so happy that she sang Phantom of the Opera, Con Te Partiro, Ave Maria, O Holy Night, and Nessun Dorma. It was magical!
Her voice is magical. Sarah sounds like shes in her twenties. Finished with 2 beauties time to say goodbye and Phantom. Everything my wife and I had hoped !
My Mom recently passed away and I never got the chance to take her to see Sarah live, she was one of my Mom's favorite artists, and mine as well, so when the concert was announced I knew it was my chance to take Mom to her concert. I had some of my Mom's ashes put into a pewter rose; my husband and I along with my Mom's rose finally got the chance to see one of the most beautiful and beautifully talented artists of our time. I love you Mom.
