About
Canadian punk rockers Simple Plan are a Vans Warped Tour staple, having played there every summer from 1999 to 2005. In 2011, Simple Plan joined the Warped Tour once again treating ticket buyers to high-energy live concerts anchored by hits like "I'm Just a Kid," "I'll Do Anything," and "Shut Up!" The band's show has been recorded on two separate live albums: "Live in Japan 2002," during their sold out run there, and "MTV Hard Rock Live." Simple Plan returned with their fifth studio album "Get Your Head On!" in 2013, and it includes guest appearances from Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte.
Simple Plan is composed of childhood friends who got together in the early '90s under the moniker Reset before changing names and releasing their debut, "No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls," in 2002. The Canadian rockers have won numerous awards at the MuchMusic Awards, Juno Awards, Teen Choice Awards and NRJ Music Awards. The band is also active in charitable efforts, such as MTV Asia Aid, MADD, RAAADD and Make-A-Wish Foundation, and launched their own non-profit in 2005 that focuses on teen problems like suicide and drug addiction. Simple Plan is a band that has survived nearly fifteen years of recording and touring in an industry not known for longevity. The group continues to do it with fantastic live sets and philanthropy.

"No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls" was one of my favourite albums in high school; getting to hear all my favorite songs live was amazing. The band still has all the energy to keep the crowd engaged.
Simple Plan are consummate showmen!
by CMHinNS on 2017-09-19The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5Super high energy show, great interaction with the audience. They really seem to love what they do. Would definitely see them live again.

It was amazing! They played the entire CD plus some. Some rude people in the mosh pit, as expected.
A Night To Remember
by hersheybear98 on 2017-09-19The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5If you are ever teetering on the fence about whether or not you wanted to go see Simple Plan live, I highly recommend getting off the fence and jumping straight into YES because their concert was PHENOMENAL. It was my first simple plan concert but definitely not my last. I'm excited for their return and everyone should get tickets ASAP.
Simple Plan nailed it, needs better security
by Tay14 on 2017-09-19The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5This show was absolutely amazing, the opening band The Bottom Line was SO GOOD.... the second band, in my opinion, was just awful.... the crowed just stood there with crickets playing in the background and the third band was fun. I REALLY disliked how the security at the venue didn't do anything about the giant mosh pit that started and all the people kicking others in the head.... it was a simple plan concert, not a Whitechapel show...... this made it really hard to get really into singing along and enjoying yourself because every two seconds some A hole was smashing into you punching you. Not to mention it was ALL AGES so this was very unsafe for the younger kids there. SIMPLE PAN HOWEVER WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS.... they made it such a fun show.... i will always see them when they are in town
Simple Plan was awesome!

Simple Plan Intimate
by Cl57 on 2017-09-18The Studio (Formerly The Studio at Hamilton Place) - HamiltonRating: 4 out of 5Simple plan was great! and the venue was intimate <500....however, since I booked seats originally...seats would have been nice essentially we stood for three hours. Opening bands were good - sound was not great for openers....Simple Plan was 10x better sound.
No seats but still great
by divadawn on 2017-09-18The Studio (Formerly The Studio at Hamilton Place) - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5Awesome show put on by simple plan. First bands were super loud so waited in hallway for simple plan to go on. No seats in venue but it was okay standing for band. They were very entertaining.

Simple Plan was amazing!
by Crowrock on 2017-09-13Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5An absolutely unforgettable concert! Great entertainment and excellent seating throughout the whole theatre. I cannot believe how cheap the tickets were for such a fantastic show, 3 opening acts plus a great and lengthy show by Simple Plan! Highly recommended!

This was the 4th time I've seen Simple Plan, they're amazing every time!
Awesome
by table on 2017-09-13Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5Their whole performance was awesome! The opening acts went on too long to the point where the crowd was dying down (+2 hours) but once simple plan did come out, everyone was hyped. The performance was amazing.
One of the best concerts ever seen!
by Kimp on 2017-09-13Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5Simple Plan sounded even better than their recorded music and the intimate venue made it feel more like a party than a concert! I loved every minute and didn't want it to end!
