pretty epic
by Anonymous on 2010-06-21Concerts At Marymoor - Redmondit was pretty good concert, worth the two hour drive from B.C. only wish was that they would have played "Sweet Honey" which would have been amazing, other then that, it was epic.

Slightly Stoopid was discovered by Sublime’s Bradley Nowell in 1995. Co-founders Miles Doughty and Kyle McDonald were still in high school in San Diego when they inked a deal with Nowell’s indie label Skunk Records. Fusing rock, reggae, and blues with hip-hop, funk, American folk, metal, and punk, Slightly Stoopid forged their sonic legacy on the road, selling out venues across the world and bringing their SoCal vibes to festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, New Orleans Jazz Fest, Austin City Limits and more. Albums like Everything You Need (2003), Closer to the Sun (2005) and Chronchitis (2007) feature summertime classics “2am” and “Closer to the Sun.”

These guys ripped it up at the ballroom. Wicked sound. Solid band with some surprise death metal mosh action. Loved it!
