That was three hours of pure pleasure. The dancer were so good. Definitively worth the ticket price.
Too late for thousands, but do not buy floors behind the very front sections in arenas because the stage elevation is set too low. You won't see below the knees. There were too many videos from the television show that the vast majority of the audience had all seen multiple times (because these same scenes are all played over and over during the TV show). It was sufficient to have the dancers introduce each number and move on.
Overall, this was an awesome show. It showcased a lot of the memorable dances, and the dialogue introducing the dances was actually quite funny. It didn't have as many new dances as I thought it was going to though. I can only think of 3 group numbers that were new off the top of my head. There is an intermission about halfway through. Remember though, the audience is going to be 80 - 90% female, so the bathroom lines will be horrid. Try not to drink too many liquids. Enjoy =)
Almost three hours packed with some new routines and the old favorites. They really worked hard on the stage to deliver a colorful and enjoyable show.
All our favorite dances from Season 5 were reprised. "The Addiction" (Kupono/Kayla), the Sonia-Willie-Wonka dance (Aye/Evan/Brandon), the "friendship-heart" dance (Jeanine/Jason), etc. The dancing was as fab as you'd hoped. But the best part was afterwards. Those who hung out for the requisite 2 hours afterwards were rewarded with genuine conversation and hugs from their favorite performers, who were as genuine and engaging in person as we'd projected in our own minds from their personalities on the show.
great show but big screen on stage awfull image...need to consider changing them on next tour for HD screen.
