Stars on Ice - Canada Tickets

We really enjoyed Stars on Ice, all the performances were incredible. It was our first time going to a show and will likely go again. The male skaters in particular were just amazing and fanastic to watch. One thing we did not like was the way audience members were asked to donate to World Vision. The interuption to the show to first talk about World Vision and then ask for money was too long and then to put people on the spot and ask them to raise their hands if they want to become sponsors was not nice. Times are hard and merely coming to the show was a financial hit for many of us; we are coming to support skating and the performers we do not then want to be guilted into feeling like we also need to set up a monthly payment program for a charity.

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed all of the very talented skaters; however, we were very disappointed by the size of the audience. No amount of clapping, hooting, hollering could show our appreciation to the skaters. Perhaps a smaller venue could be considered for future events - UBC, Agrodome or Coliseum at the PNE grounds., Abbotsford????

The whole family enjoys watching Stars on Ice every year. For me personally it is always amazing to see Elvis Stojko in person and live in show. I highly recommend it!

I went to 4 of the 'Rock Stars on Ice' shows and they were all absolutely riveting. The music had such a strong beat and was perfect for the talented skaters to do their numbers to. I loved the atmosphere and the details( like the incredible costumes). As always it was very special to meet the skaters after the show. I've had the privilege of meeting Elvis Stojko many times and it was wonderful to be able to talk to him and to the other skaters( most of whom I know quite well) again.

I took my wife as a surprise and didn't know what to expect. What a great time! It was very entertaining and such a great example of professional skaters in their element. Great production, exciting to see the athletes, especially Elvis!

Overall we really enjoyed the show - we had good seats but I found the first half to be very loud - rock n roll. The second half was peaceful - beautiful skating and I like that they introduced the skaters. Grandchildren (skaters) loved it !!! Roger’s Arena staff were excellent.

The show was great, and the kids loved it too! Very talented skaters. Costumes and music was awesome. Our only compliant was that the venue received instructions from Stars on Ice to take our plastic lids off of the water bottles/pop that we ordered due to "they didn't want anyone to throw them at the skaters". What the heck!? Having young children and beverages without lids was not fun.

It was a beautiful, entertaining show. Loved the selection of music and variety with some humour and beautiful expressive skating - I especially enjoyed the couple who skated to Autumn Leaves. It was all so fabulous! Looking forward to next year!

I will always love Stars on Ice. As someone who can't skate to save my life, watching people who can skate while jumping and twirling is astounding. I happened to be at the one in Edmonton and was sitting next to someone wearing an Oilers jersey, and the Oilers are in the middle of playoffs, and the one skater, Nam, every time he went by us would cheer for the Oilers. The only real hiccup in the evening was the entry to the arena. When they scanned my ticket I had to force close the app and reopen it again because their scanner was showing the app as a screenshot, even though the app tells you to open your ticket in advance to avoid network lags, and I opened it less than 5 minutes before and it was malfunctioning. The other person entering at the same time as me had the same issue as well

Really enjoyed the show. Just wish it hadn’t been on Mother’s Day.
