  • Wonderful

by JJ on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

This is a show that we go to every year. Due to Covid we did not go last 2 years. This year we took 2 kids and grandparents with us and it was great. Excellent performance. Music and dances are awesome.

  • Edmonton Stars On Ice

by Trudy on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

It was a wonderful show. Saw the Calgary show the night before, liked it enough to buy Edmonton tickets to see it a second time! Such talented skaters! Hard to choose which act was the best. Always nostalgic to see Kurt & Elvis. They’ve still got it @ 50 years old! I remember well when these two Canadian/International champions earned their first medals.

  • Kurt Browning needs to retire

by Bon Bon on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 2 out of 5

I thought the overall show was very good. However Kirk Brownings two solo performances were boring . It contained no hard elements, flips, spins or anything that would make the performance exciting. I think it’s time for him to hang up his skates and retire and let the more talented skaters show their stuff. I thought it was a age thing but Elvis Stoyko who is 50 wowed everyone with his performance with all the tricks. Kurt Browning just milks the crowd to feed his ego.

  • So much fun watching live!

First time in Rogers Place, it is amazing and seats were comfortable. The show was fantastic, loved all the skaters and their acts. Kurt and Elvis were as wonderful as ever.

  • Stars on Ice 2022

by BevF on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

Elvis Stoiko was incredible..even at age 50. Enjoyed whole show except for sadness watching two Champs..I don't need to name them but one could be age plus injury the other injury or not fit enough. They know who they are...I admire both and hope they take heed to my criticism. All in all enjoyed the show..loved Jeff & Keegan and pairs were incredible!

  • Stars on Ice 2022

by BevF on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

It was great seeing this show, however disappointing a bit. Two of the Stars should step down & retire. They know who they are I won't name them. One can be from age..the other an injury or simply out of shape. Elvis Stoiko stole the show though..at 50 he nailed both routines..just amazing. Loved the pairs and dance teams. Costumes were great. Great seeing Keegan & Jeff.

  • Disappointed… very disjointed

by Bee on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 1 out of 5

Sadly the show lacked a theme or way for the crowed to get into the performances. A few good shows over almost 3 hours makes it hard to hold your attention. The best part was all the skaters at the end performed together. Very upbeat.

  • So fun!

by Dana on 2022-05-18Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

The opening act and first half were truly so fun! Our kids were so excited and jumping up and down at the opening act! The second half was a bit slower! But overall such a good time!

  • Beautiful experience!

by Nana on 2022-05-17Canadian Tire Centre - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

The only complaint was the very late start time (40 minutes late). The crowd was definitely getting restless & grumpy. Finally our host appeared to explain that there were technical issues behind the scenes & thanked us for our patience. Not sure how this would not be found prior to when the performance was to start (rehearsal or at least 30-60 minutes prior to). That said: Once the performance began we thoroughly enjoyed all of the stars. Wonderful to see some of our favourites and meet some new champs. We loved each & every performance.

  • This was the best Stars on Ice show I've ever seen!

Everyone is so talented and gave a stellar performance. The energy was electrifying and the music and costumes were so fantastic. It was simply an amazing show!

From beginning to end it was the best ever for all reasons! My friend and I have been going for more than twenty years. Don't know what more I can add!

  • Awesome!

by Tan on 2022-05-16Canada Life Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive since the Brandon show was cancelled. It was my Mothers Day gift for my mom as well as her 80 th Birthday!

  • Awesome show!!!

by SPC on 2022-05-16Canada Life Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

So grateful to be able to see a skating event in person again and this show did not disappoint in anyway! The entire cast was talented and entertaining and made it a wonderful night out. The additional of Elladj Balde to the cast is a dream come true and I hope he remains on the tour for many years to come!

  • Unacceptable Seating

    by G. S. on 2022-05-16Canada Life Centre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

The venue needs seating setup like a concert. Choreography is arranged to face the north end of the arena. The were no ice level seats at the north end. Actually there were but removed prior to the show starting. Our seats were at the south end ice level even though I was pretty sure I switched to the north end based on the same issue when I bought tickets in the past. So for the most part of the show we saw the backs of the skaters or had to peer thru props that were on the ice for some segments. We have attended for many years now. Disappointed about how the seating was setup and sold. The skaters were great though and the show was good based on what we viewed.

  • Not exciting

by Donna on 2022-05-16Canada Life Centre - WinnipegRating: 1 out of 5

Talent and music choices have gone way downhill. Other than Kurt, Keegan Messung and Elijah the skaters were less takented than usual. The Japanese skater was excellent but music chouces made the night generallt slow and boring. The grouo skates were always a highlight but this year there was no unison so looked slopoy
