Tale of Us Tickets

Let me put it down in bullet points - venue is overcrowded (people filled the whole venue wall to wall) - music and light were installed only up to 7-10 m from the scene. The rest of the room did not have the immersive experience. Either fill half the venue or add more light and sound to accommodate all the tickets you sold - the VIP ticket - lol the other joke of the night: basically being a VIP means lower waiting time and normal bathroom. VIP attendees were sitting on the ground (back to the corridor wall) when they were tired, not able to see or face the event. There were no speakers up stairs , again as a VIP you were only hearing the echoes of the main event. Additionally only one bar and one bathroom were provided for the VIP ticket owners… how is this possible? Nb: the normal tickets only had portable disgusting bathrooms, not being cleaned during the event. - exits: thousands of people were rushed into one single exit… it took everyone who stayed till the end more than one hour to leave the event. All of this to not hire the right amount of people to help with the logistics. - Normal tickets: around 1 hour to get in the venue, another line to get an additional bracelet for alcohol consumption, extremely long waits for the bar (not enough bars opened), and portable dirty bathrooms to use the toilet… like how is this acceptable ? Please remember that we are talking about the Olympic stadium here ; there are enough bathrooms and exits to accommodate more than 50,000 people. Blocking the exits and keeping only one exit for the whole event to exit, bringing portable bathrooms and restricting access to the built in bathroom, not opening enough bars or more check in desks can only be explained to make more money : sell an over capacity event, and don’t invest on the reauired logistics for the amount of people: the investment was maximum for 20% capacity. I would see people around me at the verge of a panick attack because of all the people … is this normal? How can we - as spectators- make sure this doesn’t happen anymore ?? So much money spent, so little return. Even as a VIP ticket owner. Sincerely, Am electronic music lover

I was super excited about this event, however, ended up being highly disappointed from the event. The venue was way to small for the amount of people. It was definitely too squeezed. The screen behind the stage was also way too small, so that the visual projections of Tale of Us (which are so stunning on a bigger screen) did not have an effect at all. From the middle of the room it was impossible to see the artists, as the stage was way too low. It also would have been nice to have fix installed washrooms and not the Dixi toilets, which were extremely dirty. Overall, very disappointing!

The facilities were not optimal for the Tale of Us show. The show was oversold by the promoter, it was super tight, view obstructed by cement pillars. Putting porter potties as bathrooms inside the Olympic stadium is pretty disgusting as well. Shame on the organizers for ruining such a great artist!

Line ups everywhere, entrance washroom bar bracelet??? Overbooking , impossible to dance and enjoy So many young people So many phones... Bar selection unreal... Washrooms so bad Screen too small Sound, either eco or nothing because it is overcrowded ..... Dancing on concrete....

Le système de son était nul vers le fond. Le système visuel était court et sans aucune originalité et enfin la musique était digne d’un amateur qui commence sa carrière. Extrement déçu de Tale of us, c’était une perte de temps et d’argent.

Disgusting that i had to pay 100$ to watch absolutely nothing! The stage was soooo tiny they should refund everyone

It was out of this world experience i lived every bit of it
