    backyardigans , backyardigans

by yangyang on 2011-10-18Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

My son loved it. He was able to sing to some of the songs. I found that it was a bit boring at the beginning but it for the the kids not adults.

The show was good, lots of kids were dancing and singing along. It was great for older kids (3+) but younger children got restless around the intermission time and after that not much of their attention was available anymore (even after the intermission). But the actors were great, really stayed in character the entire show!

The Backyardigans are OK but not too exciting.

by walshp2 on 2011-10-17Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

The Backyardigans were OK but needed more vigor in their performance. I took my 2 grandsons aged 4 & 17 months & parts of the performance was downright boring. I've taken both the boys to performances of Sesame Street Live & The Wiggles, which they both thought were alot more exciting. The younger boy only liked a couple of songs. I expected more for the price of the tickets.

It was great. My 8 year old thought that she's a bit old for it and even she was singing along.

    VERY Disappointed

by ACande on 2011-10-17Sony Center - Toronto

My daughter loves the backyardigans but we were VERY disappointed with the production. It was obvious that it was a low budget event. Other than the characters, there was nothing special about it. The Alien actress also sang off key at several points of the show. I have attended MANY family shows but this is my worst so far. It was not worth the hundreds of dollars we paid. :(

    Backyardigans was tons of fun!

by Janius on 2011-10-17Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

My husband and I took our 4 and 2 year olds to see this show, not knowing how they would react t seeing their favourite TV characters come to life. Never fear...they LOVED it. The show was exactly what we were expecting - the character's voices were familiar as were the songs and before long, my kids were dancing in their seats. Great show!

    The Backyardigans - FANTASTIC!

by BackyardiganBFF on 2011-10-17Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

My son has been watching Backyardigans or until recently referred to as "five" since he was 6 months. He was so excited to see his friends live. He just loved the show. All his favorite episodes were performed and all his favorite music was sung. It was well put together, and an overall Fantastic experience. He wanted to see it again, hopefully another show will come around soon.

    Average at best!

by PapaBearStone on 2011-10-17Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - Toronto

The actress that played The extraordinary space alien's were great. Pablo, and Austin were also good but the rest of the cast didn't seem to have a whole lot of energy or enthusiasm. The kids had a great time though, which is the only reason i gave it 3 stars.

    backyardigans not again

    by stephie01 on 2011-10-15sony center - toronto

This show was boring and not very interactive. My son lost interest almost from the start. I would not buy these tickets again.

The Backyardigans Quest for the Extra Ordinary

my 4 yr old son loved it! will defn see them again :)

The Extra Ordinary Aliens production was alright, but it did not come close to the quality of last year's production (I think it was called "Deep Sea Adventure"). The story line seemed loosely strung together and much lower budget for props and production than last time we saw the Backyardigans.

Entertaining show with bright colors and really interactive. However, some computer problems with the background screens was not rectified quickly. Overall an enjoyable experience.
