The Chicks are one of country music’s most influential and boundary-pushing groups. Formed in Dallas, Texas, in 1989 by sisters Emily Strayer and Martie Maguire, The Chicks (formerly known as the Dixie Chicks) rocketed to pop stardom with the addition of lead vocalist Natalie Maines in 1995. The multi-platinum trio would go on to win 12 Grammy Awards and become the best-selling female band of all time in the U.S., with 33 million albums sold worldwide. By blending honky-tonk with bluegrass and soaring pop vocals, The Chicks appealed to a diverse audience that stretched far beyond their country roots. Signature hits like 1999’s “Cowboy Take Me Away” and 1998’s “Wide Open Spaces,” along with their bluegrass virtuosity, saw The Chicks go from opening for Tim McGraw in 1999 to headlining massive concert tours that have sold over $100 million in tickets. 2020’s Gaslighter (produced by Jack Antonoff) was The Chicks’ first album in 14 years, and the catalyst for a 2023 tour where country-pop superstar Maren Morris will join the trio on a string of dates.

The Dixie Chicks were amazing. They sound great live and I would jump at the chance to see them again.
Loved the Dixie Chicks but was tired of the opening act after about three songs.
The Dixie Chicks are amazingly talented and can play more instruments than I can identify. The show was amazing. I would go again.
Excellent event. Great to see the Dixie Chicks back touring again
This was a fabulous concert........we have missed you. Sorry Natalie, I agree with your son about the haircut. Would have loved to have heard a song(s) with Mariie & Emily featured & Natalie singing back-up.
The Dixie chicks show was unreal, I had goosebumps, tears, smiles, and no voice left by the end of it. It was the best show I've been too and I wish I could follow their tour. Natalie, Martie and Emily looked amazing and sounded incredible live, thanks for coming to Canada!
The backup artist was not very good and I think the majority of the crowded arena just wanted to get him gone and the Dixie Chicks on! The band played about 2 and a half hours of a sort of "musical history of the band" starting from their inception into the country/pop genre up until present day. Natalie of course, passed comment along the way, regarding her and her bandmates being chastized back in 2002, because they had mentioned that they were ashamed of George Bush being from Texas! The audience got a laugh and then we moved on. All in all it was a superb opportunity for the audience to really hear the skill and passion these girls have and to witness their extremely "tight" band helping them through all their well known and well loved music! My wife and I were very pleased indeed with the show!
They put on a great show, I will definately be seeing them the next time that they are in town!
Dixie Chicks were incredible! Amazing concert. I don't know why I waited so long to see them.
Loved the Dixie Chicks they were awesome to see after so long!! I am so glad I did not miss the concert.
Dixie Chicks kept the crowd going. We sang with them and they interacted with the crowd. I would not hesitate to see another show by them. Everyone's blood was pumping right up to the end of the show.
The atmosphere in the Rogers arena was electric as everyone awaited the Dixie Chicks to come on and they did not disappoint....the journey from their first hits right through to the albums they are putting out now was a great ride. We had a great seats and thoroughly enjoyed the night!
The Dixie Chick's once again proved how absolutely amazing they are! They are so incredibly talented!! A totally entertaining show from beginning to end! Definitely in my top 5 BEST concerts in my life time. They sure know how to please their fans! We sang and laughed all the way home. I would go again in a heartbeat!!! I saw Natalie Maines performing her solo CD this past summer at the Vancouver Folk Festival. She was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend buying it. Love the Chick's!
My first time seeing them, and I was not disappointed. I loved the set list, the encore, the staging, and of course, their voices! We had a lot of fun 'people watching', singing along, and just enjoying their amazing songs! I hope to have the opportunity to see them again, but in the meantime I am curious to listen to their other projects.
This was an awesome concert! I went with my 3 daughters and we all loved the show. The Dixie Chicks are amazing in concert.
Great songs, great singers, great guitar, banjo and fiddle slingers, with gifted supporting musicians the night was a blast! Everyone on stage seemed to be engaged and happy to be there. I can't believe NM can sing like that at every show without burning out. The crowd was into the show and I think that fed the performance.....
The music was amazing and it was a very well done show. I did not care for the opening act, but the Dixie Chicks were fantastic!
The show was fantastic. One of the best concerts in years.
This is my 2nd concert ... they never disappoint ... loved the song order from old to new ... There were only a couple of songs I hadn't heard ... fun night
From the moment the crowd sensed they had come on stage, it was dark still, we jumped to our feet and started screaming. Lights came on to a standing O and we didn't sit down till the final lights came on! Amazing concert! The energy in the crowd was fantastic. The chicks were rocking the entire time. Welcome back, let's hope it won't be so long before they return again.
