The Doobie Brothers Tickets

The first of a two-night stay at the Avalon Theatre in Niagara Falls, the Doobie Brothers brought the crowd to their feet numerous times during the show. I saw the band on their first visit to the Avalon a few years ago, and the set list included some of their quieter, folkier tunes. Wednesday night they rocked. For a band that I began listening to in high school in the mid-70's, the main original members are still performing with the same energy and enthusiasm they had more than 30 years ago. The Avalon is a great place to see them, too, with it being a more intimate theatre with great sound, and the Doobies sounded great. The vocal harmonies alone are worth seeing them for. I loved every minute of it.

One of the most enjoyable concerts I have been to.

The Avalon Ballroom is a beautiful facility. I loved the concert. The only complaint (yes I do have one!!) is that the concert was only 70 minutes long. The crowd was mostly the geriatric set so the band had a bit of a tough time getting some noise from the crowd with the exception of 30 or so who approached the stage. i wonder if they might have played longer if the crowd had been more raucous??

absolutely incredible show....they had the audience on their feet from the first song on ....the way that they interacted with the audience was very impressive ...of all the concerts that i have witnessed this band was the most interactive of all the bands that I have seen ....totally blown away ...

AFTER ALMOST 40 YEARS - THE BROTHERS ARE STILL GETTING IT DONE. BETTER WITH AGE, BETTER WITH TIME, THESE BOYS KNOW HOW TO ROCK. PROBABLY 3 OF THE BEST GUITARISTS IN THE WORLD ( CERTAINLY MR. MCPHEE - MULTI STRING VIRTUOSO) MARK RUSSO ON SAX(ES) GUY ON KEYBOARDS AND THE OUTSTANDING MIND BLOWING SYNCOPATION OF THE FAMOUS DOOBIE DRUM BEAT WITH SKYLARK ON BASS - THEY BLEW THE ROOF OFF THE FALLSVIEW CASINO. THE CROWD WAS ALLOWED UP TO THE STAGE EDGE - DANCING AND SWAYING TO THE PRESENTATION OF ROCK AND BLUES AND A LITTLE MOTOWN THROWN IN FOR GOOD MEASURE. TIGHT SOUND- THE BOYS HELD NOTHING BACK LAST NIGHT- REMINISCENT OF MY FIRST CONCERT BY THEM - 1970 IN FRONT OF 50,000 FANS ALTHOUGH THE VENUES MAY HAVE GOTTEN SMALLER - THE HEART AND SOUL AND THE PASSION FOR ROCK HAS NEVER BEEN BIGGER WITH THE ICONIC "DOOBIES"!

The band was amazing. their voices were strong and the talent, playing a variety of instruments............awesome!!!!!!!

The Doobies were awesome as usual!!! They just keep sounding better and better! I have seen them over 30 times, and each show sounds so great!! They all have fun and enjoy themselves and it really shows!! The fans just can't get enough of their music! Its great to sing along and feel apart of their show! They are a bunch of great guys and always talk and interact with the audience!!! Wish I was going again tonight for their second show!! Every time they have come to Fallsview Casino we have been there. And next time they are in town we are there!! Seats are great in the Avalon and the prices are just right!! Love the Doobie Brothers!!!!!!!

We've seen Crosby,Stills,Nash & Young, I've seen the Who and neither can hold a candle to the Dobbie Brothers vocally or instrumental.
