The Mavericks Tickets

This was an incredible show. The talent each member of the Mavericks was showcased to perfection. We danced all night. Love to see them again. The opener, McKinley James band, were excellent as well. Would see them again as well. The evening was memorable.

I was disappointed that Los Lobos backed out, & although the opening replacement act was decent, he certainly wasn't Los Lobos..other than that disappointment, The Mavericks were absolutely incredible. The energy was infectious. I will definitely see them again

I really enjoyed the Mavericks, have been a fan for decades, they never disappoint. They bring that Latino vibe everytime. They breathe life into Rock & Roll, because they are so different. The Massey was hopping all night long, they had the audience from the get go.

My bf and I were blown away with the MAVERICKS.. they played some old songs and some new songs . We even enjoyed the Spanish songs even though we didnt know the words.. they certainly entertained the audience and the light show at the beginning was incredible. All the members of the band entertained us individually in many songs. We were thoroughly impressed. My bf said it was the best concert hes been to.

We love the The Mavericks and they didn't disappoint us. Full of energy and the band members also put on a fabulous show!

The Mavericks don’t put on a concert or a show. They throw a PARTY!

They did not do some of their most popular songs but instead focused on the songs from their new Spanish album. Sound was disappointing at the front of the stage (perhaps better behind-not sure)

My husband and I LOVE the Mavericks, and have even travelled to Cleveland and Detroit just to see them. But we were ecstatic that they were back again in Toronto, especially at the 'Grand Old Dame' Massey Hall where the acoustics do justice to their music. The Mavericks seemed to enjoy being there as much as we enjoyed them, which made seeing them so completely satisfying. And this concert delivered everything: ranging from the fun, loud rhythms of 'old' standards like "Dance the Night Away" to Raul's passionate Spanish ballads sung so hauntingly (I can still hear him my mind!) And each of the 'back-up' musicians, the trumpeters, accordionist, saxophone player... is a musician worthy of their own show - so glad that they are given the opportunity to showcase their talents individually! We are already looking forward to seeing The Mavericks again and will be avidly following their schedule for 2023! They are simply "Wunnerful! Wunnerful!! Wunnerful!!!"

The Mavericks, since their inception in 1989, have been and will always be my favourite band. The lead vocals of Raul Malo, in combination with their fabulously recorded music throughout the years and the energetic performances of all band members create what could only be described as an outstanding concert experience. The newly renovated Massy Hall also enhanced this truly amazing experience. I recall seeing the Maverick's live in concert at Massey Hall in 1998, this present experience shines like a beacon over the former. The comfort of the venue plus the aesthetics appearance also add to the enjoyment level of the performance. My recent concert by this band was the seventh experience seeing them live. I have one minor criticism being that the majority of the songs performed at Massy Hall on the 17 October 2022, were also performed at concerts within the past 10 years. My expectation for this performance was to experience newly written and recorded Maverick's music or at the least, songs never previously performed live by this band. The Mavericks have such a wide repertoire of music, in my view, hearing songs previously never performed live, from their catalogue, or songs new to the Maverick's would have enhanced my overall concert experience.

What a fantastic concert it was! We loved to see them in the beautiful new renovated concert hall with the best acoustics in the Country too!

The Mavericks did not disappoint. Great entertainment from start to finish. General admission idea at Massey Hall is outstanding.

All around amazing experience. The new Massey Hall is great with bigger more comfortable seats and their fantastic new PA system. The sound was loud, but sweet loud, enjoyable loud. The opening act, McKinley James, was tight and gutsy. I bough their CD, even though I could listen to them for free on Spotify, because I wanted to support them. The Mavericks were fantastic. This is the fourth time seeing them, and they just keep getting better and better. Super tight and dynamic band with great arrangements. I was in my seat until halfway though their set and then headed down to the floor to sway and dance with the party going on down there. A one hundred percent great time.

The Mavericks did not disappoint. The show from start to end was energetic, uplifting and a great mix of the old and the new. Always a great show and they have been very badly missed and can't wait for their return to Toronto and maybe a trip a little north to Barrie.

My 1st time seeing The Mavericks - have to admit I really knew nothing about them or their music. My friend is a long standing fan. Must say they blew me away and I have become a convert. Incredible musicians, amazing performance and the acoustics in Massey Hall are to die for. The Mavericks are truly "one of kind" - I never heard such a fusion of country/soul/rock and more mixed with Spanish culture - and a horn section that is off the chart. So glad I discovered them.

Venue is spectacular, sound is amazing. The Maverick’s deliver a really great show, the energy is so fun!!

The concert was simply amazing. Loved every minute. The music was just so joyful and beautiful. So much talent on one stage. Raul’s tenor has not lost its beauty. I would go again tomorrow if it were possible!!!

Absolutely the best Mavericks concert we’ve ever been to! The band really brought it and Massey Halls acoustics shined! Can’t wait to experience it all over again!

You can only have a great night at the Maverick’s performance. Upbeat nonstop action from a band of professionals. From the amazing voice of Raul to the dancing keyboard player McFadden you can’t help but have a good time. The horns are unbelievable and lead guitarist unsurpassed. The audience was older but really enjoyed themselves. A must see!!!
