Led by founding member, lead vocalist and guitarist Dexter Holland since 1986, The Offspring have released 11 studio albums and sold over 40 million records globally. The band’s self-titled debut arrived in 1989, followed by 1992’s Ignition and 1994’s Smash. Ixnay on the Hombre in 1997 notched The Offspring’s first No. 1 single on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with “Gone Away,” while 1998’s Americana hit the band’s chart peak at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 on its way to netting five RIAA platinum certifications and three more Alternative Airplay Top 10 singles: “The Kids Aren’t Alright,” “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)” and “Why Don’t You Get a Job?” The Offspring later topped the Alternative Airplay chart again with “Hit That” from 2003’s Splinter and “You're Gonna Go Far, Kid” from 2008’s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The Offspring logged two more Mainstream Rock Airplay chart-toppers with “Coming for You” and the title track from 2021’s Let the Bad Times Roll. In 2024, The Offspring released their 12th album Supercharged.

the show was good, the band offspring played most of their new stuff and were personable with the crowd. they told jokes, sang great. good show and good venue
The band was fantastic, Dexter's vocals were dead on and the set list was everything I could have asked for! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars - Beers were $11.50 - Seriously Molson Ampitheatre??
What a great concert. The crowd was totally into it and the band responded! They sang all of my favourite songs and kept the crowd wanting more....Offspring is a must see for sure!
The show opened up with Frank Turner, who did a decent job. The volume was set at a decent level so I could talk with my buddies as I listened, so that was nice. Next was pennywise, and let me tell you, they sounded like absolute garbage. It was almost as if someone went over to the sound contro board after turners set, and jumped up and down on it. The only recognizable tune from the entire set was A cover of beestie boys fight for the right. Might have been a good performance if I could hear it. Fortunatly, the sound quality picked up drastically for the Offspring, who forfilled my expectations of them. They played a fair chunk of their newest album, which I have not heard but sounded fairly decent live. I dont think they missed any song that I seriously expected/wanted to hear so the set list was great. As soon as they played "the kids arnt alright" my night was complete. All in all a very satisfying night.
The Offspring rocks. Great concert! The boys are allright, no question! I would see them as many times as they come back!
Offspring were a delight but I thought their choice to open (Pennywise) was not appropriate.I thought they cast a dark shadow on the whole evening. There were many young Offspring families at the show and I think The Offspring should choose carefully who they tour with.
From Mr. Turner's opening through Pennywise up to Offspring, we had a blast. The music, the venue, the weather were all great.
Outstanding performance, sounded like they never grew old. And played most of their old stuff which is amazing! GOOD TIMES!!
The Offspring put on a great show. They had some elements of comedy in their show, which I expected from them. They sound great live. My only qualm about their show was they played a lot of songs from Americana. It WAS their big seller album, so I wasn't disappointed, but I would have liked to hear some of their lesser known songs in their set.
It was fantastic! They were energetic, sounded great and cracking jokes throughout the show. The mosh pit was crazy, lots of excited fans! They sang all their hit songs plus some great oldies! I definitly recommend seeing The Offspring, you wont be disappointed!
Allthough the offspring rocked and the sound was amazing we couldn't see them very well from our seats in the nose bleed section we were probley the furthest people away possible as they sold out in vancouver and edmonton so we traveled from Prince George BC to Calgary to see them but seeing them very wel or not they rocked the whole stadium and we were glad we went..
Overall an awesome show! With unexpected slower versions of great songs, and the band's sense of humour, they kept us guessing. An older band that has not lost their edge, the new songs were great, and the old songs are still awesome. Floor seats were a must have to make sure you can keep dancing all through the concert.
I'd have to say with all honesty, that was the best concert from start to finish that I have ever been to. I have seen alot of bands in my lifetime but Offspring just did it for me. They were loud, fast and on.
Awsome performance, but i was dissappointed in the crowd. For tickets as cheap as it was, i was expecting alot more people to be at the show, and the crowd was boring. I was sitting up in the 400's and me and my boyfriend were the only ones dancing and singing along, Everyone was just sitting there looking bored.
The music, energy and lighting were great. The older songs of course had the whole audience dancing and singing. - to the point where the volume level surpassed the band! Their live show energy and sound quality surpasses their CDs. They are definitly a great band to see live. They do a piano bit, and the "intermission" entertainment show that the band is fully of humour/mischief. Definitely funny and memorable.
I didn't know they were coming to Toronto but then I saw the ad three days before the performance and I got the tickets immediately. It was kind of late and the seats I got weren't the best, but fortunately I could enjoy this great concert. The show was amazing and they sang almost all of their most popular songs as well as songs from the new album. It was an unforgettable concert. and I had a very good time....I love the Offspring!
Offspring totally rocked the house July 2/09. They played a great list of music spanning all their records and played a lot of great hits while the crowd rocked out. The sound was great, some bands sound horrible live but the Offspring were able to prove why they've sold millions of records worldwide and have been such a great band for so long.
The Offspring still have a spring in there stage show. Dexter commands the front of the stage and Noddle well he's still got it. Through old and new the crowd was always in to show. Even with the large age difference in the crowd. I was a huge fan of the old drummer but the new guy did a fantastic job I recommend an Offspring show to everyone. keep rock-in
Great concert!! The opening acts were a little heavy for me but the Offspring kicked ass!!!
Awesome show, Kept me entertained the whole night! The intermission was the best part because they incorporated some comedy into the show very unforgettable!
