About

British Rock band, The Struts--named from an offhand comment about their unbridled stage presence-- have earned a global reputation as a must-see live act. The band, comprised of lead vocalist Luke Spiller, guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliott, and drummer Gethin Davies, was formed in Derby England in 2012. Bursting onto the scene with "Could Have Been Me", they have since released three albums (including collaborations with heavy hitters like Robbie Williams, Kesha, Tom Morello, and Def Leppard's Joe Elliott and Phil Collen), earned the No. 1 spot on the Spotify Viral Top 50, appeared on shows like  The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, garnered more than 850M on-demand streams and sold out shows across the globe. Praised for their onstage swagger and musicianship, they have opened for The Rolling Stones, Foo Fighters and Guns N' Roses, played major festivals like Lollapalooza and Governors Ball as well as headlined their own world-wide tours. Now signed to Big Machine Label Group, the mesmerizing rockers have released their new anthem-rocker single, "Fallin' With Me."

    Phenomenal performance & sound quality!

by Angelas on 2019-09-13The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Saw The Struts and they were 10x better than expected. What a performance! Better than the album. The sound mixing was phenomenal, bar none the best we’ve ever seen. To be able to hear the lyrics perfectly and clearly hear the backup vocals too ... that’s an incredible sound team! A+++ would absolutely attend this venue again and see The Struts again.

First time seeing them, excited for the next

by Wheeler on 2019-09-13The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

The Struts performance was wonderful, they interacted with the crowd, they had stage presence, and they played so many of their songs. Was the most songs ive heard a concert play. I was next to a guy who never heard of them and he loved their performance.

The Struts put on an amazing high-energy live show. Everyone song is great...no filler. Great crowd participation and interaction. One of the best new bands I've seen in the past 20 years. See this band before they blow up big.

    Incredible live band.

by Thelonranger on 2016-11-14Marquee Beer Market & Stage - Calgary

If you get a chance to see the Struts do. Chances of seeing them in a small venue in the future are nil. They will be huge. Deservingly so, they put on a incredible show. They sound awesome and they carry a audience away with them. Do yourself a favour and see them.

The Struts certainly strutted their stuff !

by crazyforhedley on 2016-11-14Marquee Beer Market & Stage - Calgary

The Struts were one of the best bands I've seen in the last few years. They are high energy entertainment. Luke Spiller is an amazing front man. His glam rock sexiness and vocal abilities match even the late great Freddie Mercury. The talent and intensity of the rest of the band members more than rivaled Luke's incredible abilities. They are by far one of the most outstanding bands out there.

    The Struts are for real

by Rockstar1967 on 2016-11-14Marquee Beer Market & Stage - Calgary

It was so refreshing to see a young rock band that can actually rock. All the guys in the band stood out as good musicians, and the lead singer commanded the crowd like none I have seen in a very long time. Most rock fans have to go see legends who have been around for 30 years to get this type of experience....and the lead singer was definitely channeling Bowie, Freddie Mercury and Steven Tyler in his antics on the stage. Their songs are instantly likable, the band plays hard, like a rock band should, and their lead singer is impossible not to watch. The crowd at the Marquee got all their monies worth, and the energy from the crowd was amazing. I could see these guys filling much larger stadiums in the future, if that audience still exists.....which I'm not sure of. Hopefully young people will recognize the raw talent these guys have and start to follow them.....but they need to realize that there was not a single computer or synth being used to make the sound they are making......I hope that is seen a positive, because these guys are real musicians, really rocking it night after night without any help from a "DJ" or computer geek.
