  • Excellent performance for all ages

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our time with the Tenors on Saturday night. It was wonderful.

  • Awesome harmonies!

by Anonymous on 2015-09-26SaskTel Centre (Formerly Credit Union Centre) - SaskatoonRating: 4 out of 5

The music was excellent and the harmonies outstanding. Unfortunately the place was not packed out, so I feel a smaller venue might have made it even better. I loved how the guys shared some of their stories and we were able to get to know them a bit. They didn't miss a single beat when there was a technical problem with sound for one of the guitars...one of the others just picked up the solo part. Very talented guys...singing, playing piano, guitar...many gifts! I also LOVED HOW GREAT THOU ART with the beautiful "stained glass windows". Nice that they could share their faith a little as well. If you have the chance, these gents are a must see!

Just an unforgettable performance / well beyond our expectation. The sound system in the Canalta Center is astounding , which definitely added to the whole performance..

Moving, awesome, wonderful. What a great evening - only sorry to see that the show wasn't sold out - many people missed out on a spectacular show.

  • The Tenors were even better than I expected.

by Carlaz on 2015-09-23SaskTel Centre (Formerly Credit Union Centre) - SaskatoonRating: 5 out of 5

I love the music they sing and the power of male voices in harmony, but the Tenors exceeded my expectations - both in their talent and the show itself. The audience got to know each of them through their story-telling which is always a plus. Great foursome, great people, fantastic talent.

  • Singing was marvelous. Stage setup not so much.

by Wilf on 2015-09-23MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

The four tenors were fantastic. Their voice range and other musical talents and the mixing various music genres, such as several Elvis songs, was an unforgettable evening of entertainment. However the poor stage setup was another matter. The MTS Centre was half used for the show, which happens. However a number of prime seats were vacant despite my online searching for good seating, and only to be told none were available. I was forced to take 2 seats facing the side of the stage. The view of my wife and I and others, was partially blocked by stage curtains, the performers could not be seen at all when they moved to the back of the stage, and on one occasion a tenor playing the piano sat with his back to at least one half of the audience. Very unsatisfactory.

  • The Tenors are fabulous!!!!!

by LeenaGirl on 2015-09-22SaskTel Centre (Formerly Credit Union Centre) - SaskatoonRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was great. Loved the songs and especially the way each one did a song or two on their own. The tribute to their Moms & Dads in the songs was touching.

  • Tenors talent packed show!

by StarPower on 2015-09-22SaskTel Centre (Formerly Credit Union Centre) - SaskatoonRating: 5 out of 5

The tenors were not what I expected. They were younger and much more contemporary than I would have thought. Great blend of music genres. Many parent and young adult child partners in audience. Nice to see this inter -generational, wholesome entertainment! They are very talented and fun! Great show!

  • The Tenors Under One Sky Concert was unbelievable

Other than the sound was a bit low when they were talking and relating their personal stories it was a perfect concert......

Fantastic Show, The Tenor are for all ages and sing songs that everyone can identify with.

  • No Expectations but BOY Was I Pleasantly Surprised

by Shwebbie on 2015-09-21MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

I really enjoy my hard rock but am open to anything except hardcore jazz improvisation, opera, and rap. I bought these tickets for my wife who enjoys listening to them on the radio. I went in not looking forward to it but left espousing the performance to anyone who would listen! DO NOT MISS THEM NEXT TIME! It was so refreshing to see an act so different from what I had gone to see before...the MANY previous concerts span the genres from Metallica to symphonic to bluegrass to Elton John. This is easily in my top 5 favourites, maybe even the best of all. Having played as a guitarist/vocalist in many bands and acts (international performances all over; a guy from our first seminal band does a lot of touring with Slash and when not doing that fronts Las Vegas' "Sin City Sinners") I have worked with "prima-donna" singers way too many times. I pictured this group as four great singers with self-important egos and "look at ME!!" personas to match. Not true at all! These gentlemen showed themselves to be very down-to-earth and regular. I was sort of hoping they would be musicians as well and that proved to be the case. One blazed on a Strat and was equally at place on classical guitar and something that looked to me like a bazouki. At least two of the others were adept at the grand piano onstage. Speaking of the stage, it was tastefully decorated to match the moods of the songs. I wish the candelabras had been in place a little longer! Their backup band was excellent and I heard no mistakes from anyone. No tuning issues either except a bit of an issue with the bazouki-type thing, but such is the case with tempramental acoustic instruments in a large air-conditioned building with changing temperatures from everything and everyone include par-64 lighting cans. Not a big deal at all, though. The Tenors fearlessly brought some family with them in the form of emotional video collages of their parents, spouses, siblings, and friends. The tribute to their moms and the song written for their dads were among the many highlights. Each member allowed themselves the indulgence of a song more or less by themselves but it was never in a competitive way. You never got the impression any banter or movement was more "staged" than it needed to be. Our MTS Centre will never win awards as a truly flat listening environment and there was a slight upper midrange harshness apparent in some of the vocals and a bit of the electric guitar noodling. Nothing annoying at all and it may have been our location. To me an important factor in a band's act is whether it feels like the members get along together and if they are good people; the Tenors epitomized this to a "T". The background videos allowed us to have a look into their worlds and that was really nice. Even more importantly with an act like this is whether their collective voices blend. They did in spades; almost magical blending through any of the mics they used. If anyone wants to hear what perfect pitch is, listen to them live. AMAZING FAMILY SHOW!!! Was nice to see some fellow musicians checking them out.

  • The Tenors were sensational, as usual!

by melia on 2015-09-21MTS Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of my favorite concerts of the year. I have seen The Tenors twice before and truly enjoyed each one. I would always try to see them when they are in Winnipeg. They put on a really good concert and the entertainment is most enjoyable.

  • Tenor More

Enjoyed the show, but an earlier one is still the most memorable. The campfire shtick was good. Very good voices/good choice of songs

THIS WAS MY WIFE'S ANNIVERSARY PRESENT. WE BOTH TRULY LOVED EVERY ASPECT OF THE CONCERT - INTIMATE, NO FRILLS. LOVED THE FACT THAT THERE WERE NO SIDE SCREENS - MAKES IT TOO BUSY. TRIBUTES TO MOTHERS, FATHERS, FAMILIES WERE TOUCHING MOMENTS.
