Great shows. A really talented group of men. It was my first Canadian Tenors show but it definitely won't be my last!

This was my first visit to the new Sony Centre and I was impressed by the updated facilities. The Canadian Tenors put on a great show, although they started late and the intermission was a bit lengthy.

They have the voices of angels and the faces to match. Lovely evening.

  • The Canadian Tenors & Friends - so down to earth!

The show was amazing! Was late starting, but otherwise nothing to complain about since they went late to compensate. Just wish they played longer - but the time just flew by. We were blown away that they announced that they would sign merch or autographs after the show. Who does that anymore! I got to meet them face to face - amazing! They've not lost sight of fans and their human side. Can't wait for them to come back again. In the meantime, I have their DVD!

  • Still humming the melodies

What an unforgettable evening. Beautiful voices that blend and complement each other so well. I think they sing one of the best renditions of Hallelujah and it was a great start to the Christmas season.

  • LOVED IT!!!

I wanted to go see them again for the performance the very next day. It was absolutely amazing and I am so happy I saw them live. I had seen them on TV twice when I decided to see them live. I told all my friends to go see them! :)) Can't wait to go again. Their voices are just unbelievable and brought me to tears more than once.

The Canadian Tenors Christmas Concert was absolutely amazing.

  • by Anonymous on 2010-12-06Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The Canadian Tenors are so talented - each one of them has a beautiful voice and together they sound amazing. The show is well laid out and it is a nice touch when they introduce themselves and tell a little story about themselves. Great to see Canadian talent that has become very successful. I am sure they could have sold out more than the 2 nights.

  • AMAZING!!!

The Canadian Tenors were amazing. I was 2nd row from the front, and it was great. The way they talked to their audience and not just come out sing and leave was great. They joked with each other, their guest, and the audience. Really made us feel that they truely appreciate the audience. I loved the slide show they had of their rise to where they are now. As well, to take the time after the show and sign cd's, calendars, and just have their picture taken was so amazing of them. You can tell they truely take where they are and what they have accomplished to heart, and take nothing for granted. I, for one, will be one the first ones in line to buy tickets, if we here in Toronto are so lucky to have them back next Christmas. Only this time I will pay to get the VIP tickets!! Leanne

My friend and I attended this concert -- my friend is 75 years old... She said this was the BEST concert she has ever been too in her entire life!!! (and she's been to lots!!) We enjoyed their honesty, their humour, being 'real' with the audience... and of course sharing their beautiful voices.. It was nice to hear where they are from... family... experiences... etc... Fantastic night!!

The Canadian Tenors are amazing. I've seen them 4 times now. I highly recommend them. However the screen at the Sony Centre is terrible. They need to update their equipment .

  • A Christmas Gift to Toronto

by BigTenorsFan on 2010-12-06Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

An amazing performance. The orchestra sound over powered the Tenors at the beginning of Thursday night's performance, but seemed to be fixed a couple of songs in. From then on, it was a wonderful night of music, both seasonal and some of the Tenors' biggest hits. Canada is proud that they have become so well known throughout the world in such a short time. Thank you, Tenors, for this incredible and memorable Christmas gift to Toronto.

  • Excellent evening!

They are amazing individually and as a group they harmonize beautifully. Highly recommended. A great evening.

The Canadian Tenors were absolutely amazing. My wife and I first saw them on the Oprah Winfrey show with Celine Dion making a surprise visit. We were impressed then, with their talent and their humility. So, when tickets went on sale we bought the best available seats. We were pleasantly surprised at the packed house. But then, we should not have been, their obvious talent, the orchestra and their connection with the audience made for a memorable experience. We were appreciate of the fact that there was no Comedic act opening their concert as the foul language and jokes seem to dominate every comics performance. Best of all, they are Canadian.

  • A Christmas gift

The concert was fabulous from beginning to end - the Canadian Tenors are my heroes as they sing so beautifully and seem like such nice young men. I would have gone back the next night but it was sold out. PLEASE return soon.

  • The Canadian Tenors seemed tired.

by ChristmasBaby67 on 2010-12-06Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

I was at The Canadian Tenors Christmas Concert last year in Markham, Ontario and then I was able to attend the Tenors concert at Koerner Hall in Toronto and that was excellent as well. As far as this concert, I was very disappointed with the pace, the "Friends" did not fit the Christmas theme at all and the guys seemed really tired, no energy, singing was good but the overall feeling of the show was that it was not very professional. It lacked finesse and it seemed like the Canadian Tenors were going through the motions of the show without any sincerity. They need new material, fast! I love the Canadian Tenors but this show seemed more like they've done too many American shows and lost some Canadian along the way. I absolutely did not like the couple that performed, it was cruise ship central. Very dramatic and fake and karaoke. What a bore! The music was so loud that we could not hear the Tenors singing at most times. There seemed to be technical difficulties with the microphones which made a scratching sound during the show but only at intervals. The seats were also very disappointing especially because they were very expensive. I will not be attending another Canadian Tenors show for a long time and they will have to come up with a new refreshing show when that happens. The Christmas concert in Markham was special and I think what made it special is because the venue was quaint. Overall, disappointing.
