Sensational ❤️❤️❤️really put us in the Christmas spirit

  • Boring

by Shoes on 2022-12-26Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

To start the venue is dated and blah. The performance itself was boring and lacked any personality or entertainment. The singing was ok but not great. The song choice was blah too. Too much talking and self boasting. I would never go see them again or recommend them to anyone

  • Amazing holiday performance! I’ll be back!!

  • A true Christmas show at RTH

    by Rachel c on 2022-12-25Rating: 5 out of 5

The Tenors through on a magical Christmas show ringing in the Christmas spirit at Roy Thompson Hall. The harmonies gave me goosies, and felt astounding to be in the presence of the Tenors with the beauty of all their magnificent voices. Before their encore performance, I waved to Clifton and he remembered me from all those 9 years ago and waved back at me 🫶 Can’t wait to attend another Tenors show again

The Tenors are amazing….had shivers throughout the concert. They’re entertaining, fun loving etc., etc., etc. One complaint: not impressed with the Christmas trees on the stage.

I enjoyed every minute. This is my third time seeing them. Really got me and my family into the Christmas spirit. Hope they come back again next year.

Amazing songs and great range of vocals. Full band behind them funny stories and intimate ones. Was in awe the entire 2 hours. Well done!

The Tenors: my first experience and wow!!! This group is truly amazing! I cannot believe that I had not seen them before. Beyond beautiful voices and arrangements. It was over much too soon;)) I will absolutely go out of my way to see them again:))

  • Ottawa The Tenors.

by w. v. on 2022-12-21National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

Mezzanine seats at the Arts Centre in Ottawa. They were not bad but holly molly the lighting from the stage were directly in our eyes flashing to the point that I actually had a vertigo attack. I had to leave the show and take a break, settle down and was able to return for second half of show. So other than that the show was great.

  • Good show but not quite as magical as last year

by Shannon on 2022-12-21National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

The two veteran tenors were fantastic, the two new ones were not quite as good. The sound system (whether intentional or not) was not quite on point. When all four sang together at the highest notes I needed to plug my ears because it was just that notch too loud where it became unpleasant. Also, when the tenors themselves were singing, the orchestra, ensemble, and choir were drowned out. It was nice that they gave the ensemble their own song so we could finally hear their talent in full, but we never got to hear the choir. You could see them singing their hearts out, and I love the way a talented choir sounds, but we couldn't hear them at all. More balanced sound between the different layers of music would have been nice. Overall though, it was a solid show.

  • Will go again and again

  • Superb!

by Annik on 2022-12-21National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

The Tenors always give a beautiful performance and this one was no exception. The Christmas songs were wonderful but the medley of popular songs in the second half of the show was so much fun! These four voices are sublime.

  • Great holiday mood setter

by Andrew on 2022-12-21National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

Great evening of Christmas song as we expect from the tenors. New members fit in well and we’re very good. Volume was louder than ideal too causing acoustics to suffer.

  • Awesome show- two great additions to the group

by Fan on 2022-12-21National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

We had a wonderful night. The group was energetic and entertaining. The music was perfect for the occasion. The new additions to the group are a very nice fit and add a new dimension to the group.
