  • Great tunes, average delivery

    by R. S. on 2022-12-28Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

The tunes are popular and well sung. The guys are entertaining and enthusiastic. However the sound level kicked off at HIGH and only went up from there. For a venue designed for acoustics, the microphones and sound mixing was totally unwelcomed. It took away from the performance (guys have great voices and harmony!), resulting in a wall of sound from forte to fortissimo and any given time. Could easily tell whenever the controller ramped up the bass, treble, etc. Wouldn't go again.

  • Disappointed Fan!!

by JJ on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

Sadly, I was unable to attend due to the storm as were many other fans. I’m made aware that there were more empty seats than there were full!! It was my hope that the concert would have been rescheduled so that I and more fans, could have been in attendance. I spent 400 hard-earned dollars on tickets and did not experience the Tenors Concert. I will think twice about ever booking a concert in the winter months again!!

  • Wonderful way to start the Christmas Weekend

by Murphy’s Review on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I have been to many concerts by this group for years. Once again this was a lovely evening of music, Christmas favourites and sharing. Despite the storm the crowd was enthusiastic even if smaller than anticipated. Great way to start off the Christmas weekend.

  • Just what I needed!

by 82 TV on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

A wonderful experience. Is was our third concert over a 6 year period of time. Every time I go away feeling refreshed. My wife leaned over at the first song and commented how wonderful it was to be able to attend and be thrilled with the atmosphere that these performers radiate. It helps to transition from a very heavy work load to prepare you for Christmas.

  • Didn't go

by Linda on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Bad storm all day of the concert. Tried to re-sell on verified resale but so was everyone else and they didn't move. The Tenors should have cancelled given the weather and in consideration to those that live outside of the city. But it is what it is I guess.

  • The Tenors - absolutely awesome

by Devo on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

These men can sing. They are true entertainers. Words cannot explain. They seem so down to earth. They are a true Canadian gem..

  • A great show

by Deaner on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

There is no questioning the talent on the stage. I did find it to be very loud at times which drowned out the choir and orchestra. Some Christmas decorating would have been nice being it was a Christmas show, I only saw 1 tree and a bit of stuff in front of the stage. To be honest I think The Tenors are great but I did not find this show to be as professional as I was expecting. The venue demands a high quality show I found this to be very much like a church show with good singers. Maybe it was the sound quality that through me. Highlight was Viktor signing the Lords Prayer. Please it was a great show just not ar the level of professionalism I was expecting for the money.

  • Getting into the Spirit of Christmas

by Snoozie on 2022-12-27Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The concert was very enjoyable! Their voices were all so strong and beautiful! A very professional and entertaining show. It was worth it even though we had Mother Nature to contend with. Glad we went!❤️

We expected a great evening with The Tenors but found ourselves elevated beyond expectation by genuine/relatable musical performers with a combined vocal, instrumental and choral talent that was out-of-this-world. Good for the soul. With thanks,

  • Amazing

The Tenors were fantastic! Highly recommend seeing them live. The weather outside was frightful but the majority of ticket holders were troopers and made it out for the show. Roy Thomson Hall is a great venue for this group.

  • A Great Concert!

by Music Lover on 2022-12-26Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The Tenors again demonstrated their impressive talent, charm, versatility and ability to evolve. Despite changes in the group over time, they continue to impress, delivering high quality entertainment, anchored by the talent of Victor and Clifton. The band and choir were an important part of this wonderful show. Their performance on December 23rd was a memorable demonstration of their incredible talent and their rapport with the audience. They delivered a great evening of entertainment and also shared their warm personality with the audience, making us feel as if we were all part of the extended "Tenor family". It was a great concert delivered by a group of gifted musicians!

  • Snow Storm Tenors

by Jade on 2022-12-26Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

The concert was lovely; the music was perfect. We purchased the tickets as soon as they were on sale but the selection was already minimal — and then frustrating to see the volume of empty seats. Prepaying for our intermission drinks was a great option. Our only complaint (other than the an availability of seat selection) was the limited set decor. We really felt the lack of creating a Christmas/festive atmosphere was lacking as the sole tree almost off stage was disappointing.
