by Unclealice on 2016-08-08MTS Centre - Winnipeg

Opiated, And The Luxery. I've never heard these two songs preformed live before. Stellar. The energy during Poets and Little Bones was like something out of this world. Escape is at hand for the Travelling Man again first time hearing it live just wonderful. Special show that will be with me till the end of my time.

Tragically Hip - amazing, sad, happy, wonderful

by ernybear on 2016-08-04Rogers Arena - Vancouver

True fans will agree this concert was pretty amazing. We attend a lot of concerts and this one was extra special and we thank Gord Downie and the entire Tragically Hip band for making this happen. Extra sad because we had a friend die of a terminal brain tumour and we knew this must be difficult on so many levels. Great times, never heard a louder crowd! We wish Gord well.

    Amazing-Simply Amazing

    by Petra63 on 2016-08-02Rexall Place - Edmonton

As a non Hip fan I didn't know what to expect. I was told Gord Downie was a different character and that is so true. I was surprised at the number of songs I actually knew. I was a very enjoyable evening. The only thing I think he should have done was introduce his band mates. I know that all the fans knew who everyone was but he should have acknowledged their contribution to the band and concert. I would definitely go to see them again. i'm glad they didn't have an opening act.

    The Hip are the best

    by 2xsalady on 2016-07-31Rexall Place - Edmonton

Terrific show, band was outstanding, Gord was in great form for a man with his health problems. I have seen this band 9 times and will miss their usual appearance in our city.

    Courageously Hip!!

by mamajamba on 2016-07-31Rogers Arena - Vancouver

The band started off playing close together and performed Courage which was definitely the best way to start the show! Gordie and his emotional expressiveness while singing transformed the audience as always and the band played flawlessly as usual. As the show went on Gordie got better and better feeding off the energy from the audience. It started with the feeling of a band playing in little clubs and ending as the biggest band known to Canada. Every song felt like a Celebration of their journey and I felt very honored to be witnessing it. Knowing this would be the last time I would see them live made it even more special. You will be missed!!

    Absolutely Amazing

    by 12thMan on 2016-07-29Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Gordie and the Boys put on a show for the Ages. Great selection of tunes and the collective energy by the sold out crowd was unforgettable. Singing, Dancing, Crying and Laughing... This one had it all. If you can get a ticket for the upcoming shows... DO IT!

    Always A Great Show!!!

by Mujician on 2016-07-29Rogers Arena - Vancouver

It was a day before the concert. Getting tickets in advance was discouraging when we originally tried to dive into the milieus. They sold out so fast. (I refuse to purchase scalped tickets at all costs.) Just for fun, I thought lets check the Ticketmaster site one more time. We scored two seats behind the stage!!! The location was actually very good and we could see the band from above. The sound was great!!! Plus we had a big screen. Yay!!! The Tragically Hip were as always, in perfect form (Damn Good). The crowd were in standing ovation through the entire show. We were all blessed to share in the moment. I first saw them when they came out with their first EP in the late 80's at the Town Pump. Glad to have made it for their final tour!!!!

    Really???

by Ticketmasterreview on 2016-07-29Rogers Arena - Vancouver

3rd time seeing the Hip. Very disappointed with the set-list. Songs that were NOT performed included Highway Girl, Locked in the Trunk of a Car, Fully Completely, Looking for a Place to Happen, Wheat Kings, Little Bones, Twist my Arm, Long Time Running, Blow at High Dough, New Orleans is Sinking, 38 Years old, Boots or Hearts, Nautical Disaster, Vaccination Scar, etc, etc.... I understand that the Hip want to finish the their tour on their own terms, but really??? Definitely was the most disappointing Hip show I have seen based on the song selections.
