    The Who in Top Form!

by DNB7 on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto, ON, Canada

Roger's vocals where utterly fantastic, at times not even considering his age! Pete was a bit rusty with some guitar technical troubles at the start, but was at ease, personable and engaging as usual. Great stage set-up, full band with horn section, several keyboards, Pino on bass, Simon Townshend on guitar, Zak Starkey on drums (fantastic line-up). The visuals and aesthetics were great also. Played Quadrophenia to the T, stellar performance. Crowd was very exuberant! Only criticism is that the "More" was only about 5-6 songs outside of Quadrophenia. Either way, that did constitute a 2.5 hour conert all the same. Fantastic, loved it!

    Simply Phenomenal!

by DGRMAN on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Excellent concert. Amazing videos, especially the tributes to Keith Moon and John Entwhistle. First class by Pete and Roger! Nice personal and warm touch. Couldn't be better!

The show was beyond my expectations. It had the wow factors, from the stage set to the video displays etc. The Air Canada staff and ushers etc were very professional and helpful. The Who played a lot of songs!!! Fantastic energy with the show ending around 11pm and it started at 7:30. The opening band was Vintage Trouble. They are terrific also!!

    Outstanding

by goobie on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

One of the best shows in a long time. Roger's voice was back in full form (stronger than his solo tour last year). Townsend's fretwork was bang on throughout. Crowd was a little soft at the beginning but really got into it at the brilliantly executed extended jam on 5:15 (where Entwistle's posthumous bass solo was expertly blended in with Starkey's drumming). By the time of the hits parade after the Quadrophenia set, the peak set in. 50 year old videos of the band were also a nice touch.

    Brilliant

by Guzzman on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

They had the strength to go through the whole Quadrophenia album and still had the will to crank out their classics, such as Won't Get Fooled Again, Behind Blue Eyes, Pinball Wizard and Baba O'Reilly. Fantastic concert.

    The WHO - Amazing

by Anonymous on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

This show was amazing - done to perfection. Roger's and Petes voices were amazing. They played for two and and a quarter hours with amazing stamina. Outstanding sound reproduction and stage show. Pete's playing as well as the rest of the crew was bang on.Very classy. Hats off to The Who ,the band who can still rock with the best of them after all these years.

    OLD, BUT PURE GOLD!

by BUTCH57 on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! CROWD ON THEIR FEET FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, UNUSUAL FOR TORONTO. DID QUADROPHENIA NOTE FOR NOTE, THEN THE MEGA HITS. BROUGHT MY ASIAN WIFE TO INTRODUCE HER TO MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE GROUP. SHE LOVED THEM AND THE WHOLE ATMOSPHERE. ALWAYS AMAZED AT THE EXTENDED PERFORMANCES AND ENERGY SHOWN BY THESE OLD ROCKERS (WHO, ELTON, SPRINGSTEEN, STEPPENWOLF, ETC.). I'M STILL PUMPED TWO DAYS LATER!

    The Who

The WHO concert was absolutely amazing. The band were tight and full of energy. The songs were incredible and Daltrey and Townsend still have it after all these years. We thoroughly enjoyed the event and brought back our memories of the 70"s best music!

    first time seeing the Who

by Murielle on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I bought tickets for a friend's birthday who loved the Who, have to say it's my first time seeing them. So impressed with Roger and Peter rockin' and rolling at the age of 68 & 67 - Roger is in great shape !! The vocals may not be what they used to be , but great great concert. Wasn't very familiar with Quadrophenia but how amazing was it that ,due to digital technology Keith Moon (Bell boy) and John Entwistle ( love reign o'er me)were part of the concert. John 's playing is amazing !! The last song was very poignant " Tea and Theater" , I'm sure they won't be touring for much longer but what a blast to see them ! loved it.

    A very good performance

by Roma on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

The Who still sound very good! Roger's voice is still very impressive, and the band sounded excellent. Particularly impressive was Zak Starkey's drumming, who is the only drummer I've seen who is able to play as well as Keith Moon did!

    WHO

by kimmay on 2012-11-25Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Great time....but I'm a huge fan so even the little blips in the show didn't change my mind. They're timing was a bit off but they're almost 20 years older than me so I guess when I hit my late 60's and try to swing a mic around it may be on a bit of a short line as was Rogers. Overall I had a really good time! Worth every penny!

Unbelievable concert, the guys were in top form. It felt they were only 25. We need more gigs like this these days.

Awesome show, I was really impressed. Opened the show playing the whole Quadrophenia album and after some brief introductions of the band went into playing some of their most well known songs: Behind Blue Eyes, Won't Get Fooled Again and more. The band played amazingly, and Roger Daltrey still can sing and do his screams. Well worth the ticket price to see these legends.
