Theory of a Deadman is the first Canadian rock band to sign with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger’s 604 Records. Since releasing their self-titled debut in 2002, Theory of a Deadman has blazed their own path with multiple-platinum albums in Canada, and 2008’s Scars & Souvenirs became one of their bestselling albums worldwide when it reached No. 26 on the Billboard 200 chart. Known for their rock anthems and introspective ballads, Theory of a Deadman have found success in Canada and abroad with chart-topping singles like “Bad Girlfriend,” “Rx (Medicate),” “Lowlife” and “History of Violence” — all of them topping Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. The Canadian rockers have toured worldwide with bands like Nickelback, Mötley Crüe, Bush, Shinedown and Skillet.

Played some great oldies and some wake up call. They always put on a fantastic show. Can't wait for the next show.
Great seats and great performance. Loved the energy in the crowd. I would definitely go to another show
I thought it was a great show. We had great seats which made the experience even better. I`m a huge Theory fan so I`m not sure they could ever disappoint me.
This show was excellent !! Played all the hits.would love to see them again.
Such a great show! The sound was amazing and they were very entertaining! Would highly recommend seeing them in concert!
Theory of a deadman always puts on a great show. I have seen them four times now and will continue to see them when they are in town
Absolutely loved the show. Ticket price was great . Only complaint was the venue. The seats were ridiculously small in the casino.
I really enjoyed this concert! I have seen every TOAD show since they performed at Rock on the Range at the old stadium back around 2005. The last two shows that TOAD performed were not very good; both shows were way too loud and it was difficult to hear Tyler's voice. Also, the last show it sounded like Tyler maybe had a cold and seemed to be in a grumpy mood. I wasn't going to buy tickets to this show, but after seeing that it was an unplugged tour, I was excited to see what they had planned. This show it seemed that each member was into the groove and audience and was having fun. The song choices were very good and I enjoyed hearing "Since you've been gone" which I have never heard them perform live before. I also enjoyed the drum solo and the unplugged guitars playing which allowed the almost sold out audience to hear their string picking talents and melodies. Overall I thought that they did a very good job. The show could have been another 15 minutes longer since there was not opening act. Good sound; great songs. Looking forward to their next visit.
I will start by saying the Venue is the second best place to see a live band in town, the Walker being the first. The sound is perfect, and I don't see there being a bad seat in the house.I prefer seeing any live act in an intimate setting, As for the band, they were tight and sounded great, the set was a little short, and the talking between each song by the front man ( what ever his name is) was extremely annoying. My view was if they didn't have enough material to fill a two hour set,do a few covers, and save the humour, and story telling for next stadium date.(where no one will notice) What better place to throw in a few cover tunes, then a live unplugged show. Otherwise the entire evening was great, will always go back to Club Regent Events center for a live band.
First time seeing the band and I was not disappointed!
I enjoy TOADM every time I see them but this was the best experience yet!!! Turned my son (who is a fan of music:..but it doesn't always sound like music...) into a superfan....downloading all their music! Just incredible!!
I have been going to theory of a dead man concerts for probably 13 years. They always get better and better. The energy and the absolute awesomeness that they provide is unforgettable. Whenever. Theory of a dead man is in town I will be there
I have seen "Theory of a Deadman" three times. Obviously, the first two were great because I was willing to buy tickets again. However, while I am used to having to sometimes suffer through the pre-requisite not one, but two warm up acts, I was very disappointed that after waiting 2 hours for "Theory" to start, they only played for about an hour, and their encore was only 1 song, and while the other times thier performance was fun and entertaining, this time, they seemed to be "phoning it in", at best. In addition, although the concert was in a venue that is known for excellent acoustics, the sound was so bad that some songs were almost unrecognizable at times. As a fan who has purchased all their CDs. (I have never done the free download thing) I am very disappointed in the lack lustre effort of this latest tour. Hopefully it was just an "off" night.
like usual theory killed it on stage however it was a late concert for a Tuesday night.
It was a nice set up except the music was louder than the singers on some songs.
Seen these guys three times in the past year and was another solid performance. Different to other shows in that smaller, more intimate, made it more personal in some ways. Would have loved to hear even more from their new album but other fans might have been disappointed in not hearing some old favorites. Was surprised, impressed, with the other two opening acts, Gloryhound and Head of the Herd, two more Canadian bands. Already looking forward to the next opportunity to see Theory.
Really enjoyed the night from GloryHouse, to the bluesy rock of Head of the Herd, love that harmonica! Great sound...until TOAD came on. Although I love their songs and their stage presence was great...the sound was muffled/ unclear. For the two opening acts to have a clearer sound and the venue being Hamilton Place which is acoustically supposed to be awesome...what is with the soundman? I was 2nd row so not sure how it sounded further back but would like to hear them fix that issue up. Otherwise a super time!
The 2 opening acts were great dead of the herd we great.....I was really looking forward to seeing them live in such a small venue. I found that Tyler Connolly really struggled to sing last night his voice was just off. He is very entertaining as a person but needless to say he did not rock last night. The hosts from 94.9 indicated that they had played Hockey earlier in the day at the Maple Leaf Gardens... well after last night’s performance at the Danforth Music Hall he should have saved his energy and stuck to singing and performing. After all I paid good money to see him and don’t get me wrong I love them as a band and I really love their music but I was really disappointed with his performance that we ended up leaving the show half way and the only real highlight of the night was we scored some really great looking t-shirts. No I am not sure if I want to pay the money to see them perform or rather just stay at home and play their CD's!!!!
First time at Burton Cummings Theatre--awesome show!
