The Louisiana-born singer, songwriter, producer and actor has won three Grammy Awards, 16 Academy of Country Music awards and 11 Country Music Association awards and released three top country songs of the year, according the Billboard, with 1997’s "It's Your Love" (with Faith Hill) and "Just to See You Smile,” and 2004’s "Live Like You Were Dying." Across 31 Top 40 singles on the Billboard Hot 100, McGraw reached a career-peak No. 3 with his crossover Nelly collaboration “Over and Over” in 2004. McGraw has also become one of the highest grossing live acts of all-time, headlining over a dozen successful country tours including multiple installments of the Soul2Soul Tour with his wife and fellow country superstar, Faith Hill. Experience and Performance were unbelievable. Great night out! His opening guests were also very engaging.
I like country music but I’m a rocker at heart. Went to the show in Vancouver, familiar with who Tim McGraw was and even knowing some of his songs.By the end of the show I realized I knew 90% of what he sang. Tim has an awesome on stage presence, his band was tight and the sound was dialed in perfectly. If you’re on the fence about seeing him live - I highly recommend going. No regrets!!!
We were appalled that the second Tim McGraw came on stage EVERBODY stood up & never sat down. It isnt only 20-30 age people that were there. It will be the last country concert I attend if that is the norm.
I did not like Carly Pearce’s opening act. She seemed very phony waving to a phantom person in the crowd constantly but worse, she was incredibly difficult to hear. Tim McGraw had a strange choice for his 2nd song ie Elton John’s Tiny Dancer. Does he not have enough of his own music? I thought the show was lacking some pizazz.
Tim sang everything I had hoped to hear! He’s in amazing shape, is just like he was when I saw him years ago. Seats were bought the day of the concert and were row 2! Carly Pearce was also fantastic..gorgeous woman and gorgeous voice!
High energy show. Too loud for my daughter but I enjoyed it. It felt more like a rock show than a country show. Tim was great but his band stole the show. All great musicians. Great video show for those in far away seats. They had the whole stadium dancing. I would go again. Tim is sooooo…sexy!!!!
My first time seeing Tim. Great show! Really enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let his music do the talking. Thx Tim
Liked that there was no opening act. Just Tim! Only thing to improve on would be the access into the actual venue. Would have helped if they had put section signs on posts. It was a bit confusing., otherwise great concert by a great performer!
Music was great by all artist, floor seats are not the place to be in the saddle dome. long stair walks for washrooms and concessions.
He was very talented and sang a great variety of old and new .
Best concert I’ve ever seen! Been waiting for to see Tim since I was little. Couldn’t be happier!
Excellent concert but that's not surprising😊 I've been to 3 of his concerts in Edmonton (Where I prefer to see him as the venue in Edmonton seems better) and he always gives a fantastic show!
Booked our tickets last minute and were surprised to see how great our seats were, especially since the price we paid was one of the cheapest ever for a concert at The Saddledome! Tim McGraw and his band rocked. We even got to shake his hand!!!!
Seeing Tim was on my bucket list but I was very disappointed. The sound was terrible. At the risk of sounding like an old person, all I could here was the base guitar, not a word that Tim was singing. Turn the guitar down, we came to hear Tim sing.
Tim's concert, with the James Barker Band opening, was fun, and I loved all the tunes, including the new ones he premiered that night.
I feel a bit disappointed in the concert length for the price I paid for tickets. Thought he would play more songs! Overall it was good but he could have took a little break n played more of his music especially his slow songs!
Well I love Tim and this was my third or fourth time seeing him. He didn't disappoint. Seats were incredible (although paid a good chunk of change for that privilege). Him wandering off the stage and into the crowd of fans, greeting them like old friends, made me like him even more, as did the fact that he as visibly moved by the show of support (via unsolicited cell phone lights) when he sang Humble and Kind. All round good concert experience.
Tim McGraw has been a favourite of mine for years and I was extremely excited to score tickets to his concert at the Caley Stampede. The concert did not disappoint!! Opening act was fantastic and Tim looked and sounded absolutely awesome. From start to finish this concert was a 10 out of 10
While Tim McGraw is good and I love his songs, unfortunately; his wife, Faith Hill makes the concert and shows the passion of music. My husband and I saw them both in Phoenix 2 years ago and that was one of our top concerts. I am sad to say Tim's concert was not one of my top 3 concerts.
I would recommend for anyone who likes Tim McGraw to see him in concert if given the chance. The sound quality was absolutely terrible to the point where it was hard to make out the lyrics to Tim's singing. I do not know if that comes down to the sound check crew from the band or from the venue but I will be wary of getting tickets to other shows in the future.
