Very nice show! My son(3 years old) didn't want to leave his seat! Kids don't get tired bcs the show is not too long (one hour and half) with 15 minuts break!! Amazing experience! Loved the sound and the colors!

Confused by all the bad reviews....

by Itza on 2012-10-23Pantages Playhouse Theatre - Winnipeg

I was worried after I read all the bad reviews the day of the show.... after seeing the show, I don't know what people were complaining about! The show was great. All the kids (& parents) were singing along and clapping and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was more annoyed with the parents that were letting their kids stand on their laps and leave the flashers on...and the parents taping the show with their camera... VERY rude and distracting! Other than the inconsiderate parents, the show was everything I/we expected. Great set, the video screens at the back were a excellent addition and all the additional characters that came out to to sing songs were fantastic. My son loved the monster in the toy trunk and the dragons. I would recommend the show! As soon as Toopy and Binoo were on stage it didn't matter what they would have done, the kids were so excited. Great show, don't listen to the bad reviews!

Toopy and Binoo average at best

by Malena on 2012-10-13Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

The overall all show was just OK. Sadly, for my grandchildren there was no interaction with the audience other than some hand clapping. It would have been nice if the characters would have "met" even some of the audience (like at the "Elmo Makes Music" show). It was also hard to understand what was being said as the speakers were quite muffled sounding. Another surprise was the lack of merchandise offered, there were only T-shirts, very disappointing for the children.

Toopy and Binoo was fun for younger toddlers.

by Dal302 on 2012-10-13Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

While my daughter enjoyed this show (she's 2) some of my friends' older children found the sets too simple and sparse.

Not really as good as I had hoped!

by foxyat40 on 2012-10-09Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

I thought that the show could have been a little more crowd involved. The sound was really muffled at times and could not hear or understand the characters. Trying to keep a little one watching, there should have been a little more action on stage. The intermission was wayyyyyy to long, It was a short show with a long intermission. Sorry, just my thoughts!

Toopy and Binoo good, no merchandise bad

by 80Candy on 2012-10-06Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

Toopy and Binoo were a hit, but the part I was angriest about was there was no merchandise to buy. For bringing my kids and that being one of the most exciting parts of a children's concert, they left sad they would not have a souvenier. The only thing that was available were shirts that were way too big for my kids. Not impressed. We brought our 2 year old niece to the show for her bday present as her first concert. She loved Toopy and Binoo as it is her favorite tv show.

The performance was good, the only issue was the loudness in this facility. The child I was with cried and watched the show with his hands over his ears due to the volume of the event. I am not at all sure I would take this child to another show.

Toopy and Binoo were a hit

by MaggieMuffin on 2012-10-05Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

The show was great. My 4 year old daughter absolutely loved it. It was very interactive and involved the audience an acceptable amount. It was much better then I had expected it would be. My only issue would be that they did not provide enough Toopy and Binoo dolls so that all kids cold have one. There were about 3000 kids per show and they only provided 1000 dolls per show. My daughter was looking forward to getting a doll set but they were sold out by the time we arrived. There should have been a doll reserved for every seat or at least one for every 2 seats.

Everyone was taking pics of kids on stage . After the show I went to take a pic of my granddaughter on stage and a VERY RUDE man yelled "GET THAT KID OFF THE STAGE", not once but twice. My granddaughter was very upset that she couldn't get her pic taken. The show was good but that RUINED her experience.

Too long for a two year old

by Heythere on 2012-09-26Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

My child loves Toopy and Binoo but this show was too long to hold her attention. The tickets were pricey for a show who's main actors didn't really have to act.

    To The Moon!

by Glitter on 2012-09-26Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EDMONTON

What a wonderful and amazing performance. My grandson was awe struck. It was so well done and I loved how it even entertained the adults. The costumes and music were so well done. We had a super time and I loved how everything is so kid friendly and accomodating since it is a children's performance.

    Do not go!

by Mimmi on 2012-09-25Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Saw T&B 4 years ago at the mall for free - and it was 100x better than this show. The Marshmallow Moon story was ridiculous. All they needed to do was act out 2 episodes that everyone knows and can sing along with - instead of a new story that made no sense. And the octopus!? We came to see T&B - not you. So much $$$, for a lame show. And the intermission was too long & unneeded. Most parents were already taking kids in & out - didn't need another break. Made the whole show too long. Save your $$ and buy a T&B DVD instead. Better investment. Plus don't have to pay for parking. Hope they come back to a mall soon!

Kids will love seeing toopy and beeno live

by Anonymous on 2012-09-25Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Edmonton

Young children will love the show. Older children and adults will find the singing redundant and not as entertaining as the show
