Toronto Raptors History
The Toronto Raptors were founded in 1995 as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada. The Raptors have been the only NBA team based in Canada since the 2001–02 season. After acquiring eight-time All-Star Vince Carter in 1998, the Raptors set league-wide attendance records and made the playoffs from 2000 to 2002. Led by Carter, the Raptors earned their first playoff series win in 2001 and advanced to the Eastern Conference semifinals.
The Raptors didn't return to the playoffs until the 2006–07 season, when they won the Atlantic Division title. After Masai Ujiri joined as the team's General Manager in 2013, the Raptors became a consistent playoff team, winning five division titles and having their most successful season in 2018. The following year, during the 2019 playoffs, the Raptors earned their first Eastern Conference title and went on to win their first NBA championship, defeating the Warriors in 6 games.

Tickets were affordable and didn’t require us taking a long flight to see the Raptors play. Seats were excellent and comfortable and The Raptors did not disappoint! Great to see all the players, coaches, mascot, Matty D announcing and even Nav in the stands. Awesome experience! Hope there will be more games in the West!
It was an awesome game, great entertainment. Would have been nice to see the starting 5 more than the first quarter and a half. But it was preseason. Great all around time.
Awesome seeing the Raptors out west. Would do it again every year. They put on an awesome show and all the stars hit the floor. Beers costing $12 and pizza slice for $9 is absolutely ridiculous but gotta keep them billionaires rich some how. Rogers is a beauty of a stadium and would 10/10 recommend seeing a show or live event there.
I very much enjoyed the Toronto Raptors. What I didn't like was trying to get tickets, ending up with tickets 3 rows from the ceiling and then seeing so many empty seats in the 1st level. There were so many ridiculous priced resales, Im guessing that is why the empty seats. This queue system is garbage. I used to get good seats, but now it seems impossible. I don’t know how so many people could be in the queue before me. Seems like it is setup for scalping instead of fans.

It was so great to have an NBA game here in Edmonton. It brought a lot of hype here for not only Raptors fans but NBA fans of all ages to enjoy. The atmosphere was eclectic, all the fans seemed to enjoy. Our family had a great time. I really hope the NBA brings a game back every season to other major cities in Canada
I’ve never been to an NBA game before but I got tickets for my family which includes 2 little girls. We all had an excellent time. The energy was electric, the fans were into it, the programming was well done and the players put on a show. Thank you to the Raptors and Jazz and everyone else who brought the NBA to Edmonton for one day!

Tried to Raptors tickets for 3 days and they were gone within a few minutes each time. Seems fishy. Better start working on your bot security again!
timed me out and gave me errors 3 times and then of course it sold out to all the bot scalpers for stubhub that jacked the prices up 200% or more. very dissapointed
Came early and signed in waited in the queue through 2000 people and it kept timing out when loading the pick your seats page. This happened on 2 straight days, both in pre-sale and regular sale. Not impressed!!
It was a great first time experience! I had tons of fun even though I was sitting in the upper bowl. Definitely worth it if it’s your first time! The atmosphere is great too.
