So much fun, great venue! Food was great, company fantastic.
Great seats. Videotron not visible for overhead shots from the home end as overhead structures supporting overhead camera obscured the screen. The camera crew also obstructed view of the house. Otherwise, the venue was excellent. Warm, comfortable and great views of the four sheets of ice. Staff and volunteers were polite and welcoming. Concession expensive as in all stadiums but good options. Parking attendants did a good job directing traffic too
Event is great. The information was inaccurate though. Said no in and out privilege but there was. Said no outside food but it was all over the place. But great event.
A great event good to see new players coming to play.
Traveling on a shuttle to the Brier Patch ( Kamloops curling Club) was disappointing and so removed from the event. Shuttled there to be served the very worst hamburger EVER. Volunteers at the curling venue were awesome.
I certainly enjoyed watching the ladies curl, however, I question the draw. I felt very sorry for NS having to play 3 games in one day.
The Scottie’s was an awesome, well run event. Great curling, good organization, nice venues. The only complaint I would have would be the mediocre concessions in the Sandman Centre. If you’re looking for more than alcohol, it will involve long, long, slow lines, poor selection, high prices - surely Kamloops can find a way to fix this.
We weren’t able to attend due to adverse weather conditions in Kamloops. It was given to my spouse for a Christmas present.
The venue was great and the competition was fantastic getting a much better appreciation of how good the players were watching them live
Kamloops and Scotties did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly, helpful and all around the best. One of the best sports venues we have ever had
Terrible food and when you sit there from 8am to9pm would be good to eat or even have a decent coffee. Why not put a Tim’s or Second Cup in. The arena is to old and cold
This was my first time attending a major curling tournament and it didnt disappoint. The announcers were great at getting the crowd hyped before the games. Lots of mascots and prizes. The event itself was top notch. The venue had issues. The food selection at the concession stands left something to be desired. Prices were high but that's common in arenas. The major faux pas was during the last game, the one ladies room ran out of toilet paper in every stall.....and at an event where the major sponsor was Scotties!!! Other issues include the venue had very little parking to offer.
Great curling , nice venue , food was good too shuttle bus service to and from Sandman centre was awesome !
The event was well organized and attended. I am not a fan of the way the tickets are set up to print a full page for every single ticket. The food service provider lacked staffing and service was very slow.
very nice arena..teams were all very good with some new teams in the lineup..well organized and hope it comes to kamloops again soon..yaaa kerri einerson..team canada
Lots of fun for the crowd with give aways, joking around, lots of food choices.
The ticket master fees are too high. The curling is awesome. It was good to have the dine out passport. The merchandise store was extremely disappointing.
Two draws over two days was better than expected. Good games since to see lovely smiling young faces.
Nice to watch live curling and opportunities to meet the teams!
This was my first time at the Scotties even though I have been an avid curling fan my entire life. The experience was phenomenal! To see my curling hero’s up close and personal was thrilling to say the least. Each of the matches were exciting and each one of the players put in all they had. Loved every minute.
