amazing energy, great moves and spectacular costumes. As a parent always proud to see your child dance. Vibe provides a great show in which it is not agonizing but rather entertaining to watch other people's kids too... I look forward to it every year. well done marnie and rena! bravo!

  • Breakdancing - emphasis out of proportion

Title says it all. I understand why breakdancing has been spotlighted from Vibe's business perspective, but it is getting tiresome for the audience after so many years of "preferential showcasing". It is not up to the quality of other dance performances expecially with the younger boys perfforming, not to mention the shortage of students - and having to perform several times in the show?! Unfortunatel;y, if it were not for the superlative performances of the breakdance teachers, I think a number of audience members would prefer a washroom break! Sorry, but that's how I feel having to endure the students' painful attempts to perform. The rest of the show is very entertaining, and the twins and ALL their teachers/assistants should formulate a special (complex) advanced dance routine to briefly spotlight each individual's greatest dance skill/talent in recognition of their contributions during the year ...perhaps as the 2nd last dance at the show's end.
