BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Baltimore, MD-born Warren Wolf began playing the vibraphone, marimba, piano, and drums at age three under the tutelage of his musician father. He continued his studies at Baltimore School of the Arts before moving to Boston to attend Berklee College of Music. During his time at Berklee he was immersed in Boston's jazz scene, making a name for himself as the house drummer at the legendary Wally's Cafe. Following his return to Baltimore in 2005 Wolf remained active on the international scene touring with luminaries like Karriem Riggins and Bobby Watson. In 2011 he made his debut as a band leader with an acclaimed self-titled album that featured Christian McBride, Peter Martin, and Greg Hutchinson.
