Brady would later assume his biggest theatrical role to date headlining as 'Aaron Burr' in the Chicago production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Tony Award- winning juggernaut "Hamilton."

Recently Brady returned to Broadway as part of Freestyle Love Supreme working with the production team of Lin-Manuel Miranda, Thomas Kail, and Anthony Veneziale. • HANDS DOWN AMAZING!!!

by Shesh on 2014-04-28National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

This was by far the best comedy show I have ever seen! We try to make it to all the Just For Laughs events that come to Ottawa & do enjoy them but Wayne Brady's show blows them all out of the water! If you are a fan of the show "Who's Line is it Anyways", you MUST see this this show! I have not laughed to the point of crying until this show & it brings the tv show to life! I love that he "uses" live audience members to bring his show to a new level from everyone else plus the mix of all the different skits really adds to the variety, you never know what is coming next. I can't wait to see him again!!

What a terrific night!!! Would recommend this show to everyone, Wayne and John were the best ... I have not laughed this long and hard for quite a while!!!

  • Amazing!

    by Hard2Please on 2014-04-28Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I enjoyed his show from beginning to end. It's also amazing how quick thinking he is. I only counted three swear words the entire show which in comparison to other entertainers was good to see.He did his homework and got a couple shots in about our cracked mayor.

  • He really is THAT funny!

    by Tink38 on 2014-04-28Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It was an improv show - similar to Whose Line is it Anyways. Wayne is incredibly talented - very funny. And, he was also very real - very personable and not even a little intimidating. Worth every penny :) The only drawback was that he only pulled suggestions or people from the main floor. I know it would take a while for people in the balcony to make it to the stage, but he didn't take any suggestions for the folks in the balcony either.

  • I never stopped laughing!

Wayne's improvisation show was well-done, but way too short. He was on stage for one hour only. I felt I got short-changed.

  • Wayne Brady Show!

by Sunshine2212 on 2014-04-28National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

The show was excellent, entertaining and fun! Wayne Brady never ceases to amaze...especially his singing skits. Only suggestion: It has been the same show for awhile now, he should change the routine a little bit.

  • Too short

by SRAS on 2014-04-28Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

The show was funny, and entirely dependant on audience interaction. The audience wasn't necessarily funny though so some segments fell flat. Also we got $60 tickets and the show was not even 1.5 hours. A starting segment or something would have been nice. It ended before it started.

  • A MASTER AT IMPROV

by ZoeO on 2014-04-28Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Thoroughly enjoyable show - lots of laughs - His ability to think on his feet is incredible. Great cast overall. You can tell they enjoy working together.

  • Wayne Brady unbelievable

by Bee3848 on 2014-04-28National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

The quick thinking of this performer is unbelievable. To come up with songs with only a title was amazing. Wayne Brady's talent for sign language, of course in is own way was hilarious. His sidekick, Jonathan rounds up this very funny performance. What a show!

  • Short but sweet

    by mayhem77 on 2014-04-28Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Overall it was pretty good, but the ticket price was pretty steep for such a short show . From start to finish only approx 1hr 20min. The final improv act fell flat which also left me wanting more.

  • Wayne Brady worth watching

    by Datenight143 on 2014-04-28Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

This being our first date out in 3 years after having kids...was to say the least Awsome!!! Adult time!!! Massey hall is old but beautiful and gives you a sense of back in the day! Sitting high in the balcony gave us a great view. The show started a little late and the sound on there mic's volume was a little hard to hear at times but Wayne himself was fantastic ....the jokes were free flowing and we were very much entertained. Thanks for a great night

  • Wayne Brady & Company are too funny for words!

by NursieNursie on 2014-04-27National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

Great, fun evening. Wayne is unbelievably talented. I saw him when he was in Ottawa a number of years ago. He was great then, he is great now! I would see him again and again.

Wayne and his comedic partner as well as his musician provided a hilarious evening of improv comedy!! I would definitely see him again!

  • Wayne's still got it

by MattAndSarah on 2014-04-27National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

I was exceptionally pleased with the show. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if Wayne used my Pulp Fiction suggestion.

  • Lots of laughter

by Meems on 2014-04-27National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

The Wayne Brady show was hilarious. He is a talented man. You never knew what to expect 'cause everything was improvised. I enjoyed when spectators were asked to come on stage - it was all so comical. My only complaint is that the music sometimes overpowered the singing (yes, there's singing) and I couldn't hear very clearly.

  • Wayne Brady was great!

by FoxyLady109 on 2014-04-27National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

Verrry very funny...Wayne had me in stitches the entire 1.5-hour show. Only criticism I would have is that the show started about 15 minutes late, and he didn't do an encore.

It was a good show, and he was very funny. I liked that he brought Jonothon Magnum w/him! My only gripe is that the show started about 20 mins late (It was supposed to start at 8pm) and then he was done by 9:40pm. So we didn't even get a full 2 hours, which is what i expected for the cost of the ticket.
