About

Weird Al brings his legendary full-production multimedia comedy rock show back to the concert stage with the BIGGER & WEIRDER 2025 Tour, playing his iconic hits as well as some never-performed-live-before fan favorites. Al's long-time band is joined by four additional players to create a super-sized concert experience.

"Weird Al" Yankovic is the biggest-selling comedy recording artist in history. A 5-time Grammy Award winner, he is best known for his parodies of the biggest musical artists over the last 4 decades. His many hits include "Amish Paradise," "Eat It," "Like a Surgeon," "Smells Like Nirvana," "Word Crimes," and the platinum-selling "White & Nerdy." His last album Mandatory Fun is the only comedy album in history to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200. Weird Al's live shows have entertained audiences across the globe for generations. In 2022, Yankovic produced and co-wrote the Emmy-winning biopic WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story, starring Daniel Radcliffe in the title role.

  • Weird Al just OK

We have been Weird Al fans since the early 90’s. We were disappointed in the concert because the music was so loud that you couldn’t hear the words of many songs. That is why we like Weird Al is all the funny lines in his songs, but here you couldn’t hear them. Disappointed The venue itself was nice , unfortunately we arrived late because with only one road in we sat in a traffic jam for 25 min !! Not sure how to solve that problem. We know now to go much earlier for events at the Grey Eagle.

  • Weird Al was forgettable!

by Rixadork on 2018-06-03Grey Eagle Event Centre - CalgaryRating: 1 out of 5

I left early. Not sure why I wasn't feeling it, but I felt the energy was flat. I saw him years ago during the "Bad Hair Day" tour and it was much better. And this venue has an issue with temperature control. I saw Gordon Lightfoot back in November and the place was too hot!!! This time as well. Sweating and felt like passing out.

  • Not for everyone

Took my kids as they were so excited to hear their favourites and the show was almost all deep cuts and obscure oldies. One kid slept the other cried. Not the fun family night we hoped for.

  • What a show!

Great show for a die hard Weird Al fan. Almost all original songs.

  • Weird Al and Emo Philips put on an awesome show

by Anonymous on 2018-03-12The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Friday night was a bit of a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to see Weird Al up close and personal (and without any gimmicks). Emo Philips was a wonderful opening act and had the crowd in the palm of his hand for his set. Weird Al was able to make a direct connection with the audience and sing some songs that we would otherwise never get to see on tour. Would recommend this tour to any true Weird Al fans.

  • (Mostly) No Parodies, No Problem!

by sds1978 on 2018-03-12The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Weird Al Yankovic knows how to put on a show! The parodies parody was a highlight for me but I don’t want to give too much away.

  • Weird Al, always great.

by Metalhail on 2018-03-12The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Totally different than his previous shows. Low key, not a multi media extravaganza and no costume changes. Only original songs. So awesome. Great night out for any fan. And Emo Phillips.... what an opening act.

  • Weird Al like you’ve never seen at the Danforth

by Zerocharisma on 2018-03-11The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Weird Al’s Vanity Tour was an incredible success! I went to both shows and had a great time at both. I was a vip on Thursday with a great seat. We were given a great vip treatment by Al’s people and the Danforth Music Hall. The songs were excellent BUT, they didn’t compare to the amazing beauty of Friday night’s setlist. It was 9 year old me’s dream setlist.

  • 'Weird" Al Yankovic moves like he has no bones!!

by Taggs on 2016-09-06Constellation Brands–Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center: CMAC - CanandaiguaRating: 5 out of 5

That man is made of rubber!! Always in motion - full of crazy, frenetic energy. A JOY to experience. He has his finger on the pulse of Pop Culture! His set included numerous costume and prop changes, and used material from the length of his career. Great for the whole family. It was our kids' first concert (ages 9 & 10). We all LOVED it!! Fantastic time had by the whole family!!

  • Amazing show

by chiefkewj on 2016-09-02Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

In for your non-stop entertainment with Weird Al. With many of his classic hits, and some of his new stuff, entertaining videos in between songs (so that he can change wardrobe), not to forget the start from the crowd, and up close personal audience embrace. Lived up to the name of Mandatory Fun

  • A stellar performance!

    by Biggles007 on 2016-08-26Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Get ready for a great evening of laughing and entertainment. Al Yankovic is a great performer with a great sense of humor! At the beginning, he was on video walking through the venue a' la Spinal Tap getting lost in the basement. He popped out at us from the back of the venue. He went to the audience once more; I have only seen Cyndi Lauper do this. He sang all his great hits and showed videos in between for costume changes. He wore the "fat" suit. I saw a crowd after the show buying the Weird Al action figure so I got one too which I will cherish. There were at least 4 standing ovations! All in all, you won't know what to expect except the musicians with Al can play anything excellently. I would go again to see this performance or any other.

  • It's Weird Al - You can't not have a great time

  • Sound mix top deck poor

by CaptHowdy on 2016-08-18Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 3 out of 5

Weird Al was fantastic, always a great showman. I sat in the super high upper deck at the Burt. The main issue I had with this show is that the sound mix was not setup correctly to adequately provide a nice sound experience on the top balcony. The first half of the concert, the music we could here was the leftovers from the speakers pointed to the main floor and/or second balcony. Couldn't hear Al at all. Once they balanced out the mix by the end of the show I could hear the music, but unfortunately Al's vocals were drowned out. However, into the first song of the encore all of a sudden Al's voice boomed on the monitors. The sound folks finally corrected it. IN THE ENCORE. Obviously I would have preferred a better sound experience than this.

  • Weird, Wild, and Wonderful AL

by KaLoPo on 2016-08-18Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

There are few entertainers I have gone to see more than once (only Shania, Cher, and Paul McC), and now Weird Al. Two and a half hours of solid fun and entertainment - comedy, parody, all genres of music, costume changes, interactions with the audience - it was all there. He had the sold-out audience standing and yelling and screaming for more.

  • Awesome evening

by Scruffy27 on 2015-09-24Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Weird Al was the perfect entertainer. He kept us laughing for the full two hours he performed. I really enjoyed that there was no pre-show to sit through. I paid for a Weird Al concert and was not disappointed. Very impressed with all the costume changes and the videos inbetween were a brilliant idea. Thanks for an awesome evening out!
