This is the third time I have seen them absolutely fabulous. Coverdale's voice fantastic and great energy engaging with the crowd and I even got to shake his hand as I was in front row. Best rock song ever "In the Still of the Night" when he sings "Ohhhh Baby" only the way Coverdale can!! Guitar solos by Joel Hoekstra with the big smile, Reb Beach, Michael Devin amazing and Tommy Aldridge on those drums how does he do it AWESOME and a very handsome Michele Luppi on keyboards! Coverdale struts about the stage like a panther I could watch him all night literally.. "Slide it In", "Is This Love" and the hits keep coming!! come back again next year I will be there !!
I went to see Whitesnake for the first time at Casino Rama on June 18th, 2016. I thought overall the concert was solid, it was their greatest hits concert. I really enjoyed it. The solos by Joel Hoekstra and Tommy Aldridge and Reb Beach were awesome. I was really anticipating them singing "This is Love"....but was disappointed...it sounded kind of flat....but overall a good concert.
Awesome show had a great time rocking to the Greatest Hits Tour !!!! Lyrics right on there mark solos were awesome as well !!!
It was a great night with a great band!! thanks for the show
David Coverdale, even at 65 can still belt out vocals like a young man! They played all of their old hits and favourites. The young gun guitarists were outstanding performing tapping triplets just like John Sykes originally wrote them! The house was jam packed with a variety of fans from back in the day (like me) and new fans just discovering them (like my son). They opened with "Bad Boys" and played many from their LPs from the '80s, then closed the set with fan favourite "Here I Go Again". The on-chore was "In The Still of the Night". Just a rockin good time had by everyone.
I enjoyed the show a lot but there are a few things that bothered me. The concert was short, about 1hr and 40 minutes. Too many solos!!!!!!, they got tiring. They have a great music catalog so they don't need to resort to solos to fill in time. The bass was too loud so it masked Coverdale's voice throughout the entire time. I would recommend it but with reservation.
I love this group and they still have it, I go every time they play
Excellent show high energy!!!! coverdale still kikin ass even in his 60s!!we had a great time crowd stood up all show long!!Only disappointment I had was he didn't play any deep purple music like burn: )u love white snake seeee this show!!God bless you boys!!
Whitesnake had the whole place on their feet and singing. The theatre is beautiful, amazing sound!!!
A good show from the 80's everything was perfect the drummer was amazing and David Ceverdale still as the same voice it was solid and a real rock show
Was a night to remember Coverdale was hitting notes twenty year olds wish they could ,the band was in fine worm and awesome to see Tommy Aldridge back on the drums hope they come again
Seen this band once before, first time was better than this time. Sound man must of been deaf because the music was way to loud, could not understand his words, my two favourite song are the love ballads that White Snake does, they were so loud and muffled I did not enjoy them at all. sorry
The concert was awesome. They did an amazing job!!! So much fun!!
Good to see some real old fashion (1980's) musicians. Solid performance. Great sound.
Music was great but fair too loud, it took a few hours before my hearing came back to normal.
Those guys are phenomenal! Fantastic vocal, great attitude.
David Coverdale is the magic behind Whitesnake. But Reb Beach and Tommy Aldridge were outstanding as well as the new lead guitarist Joel. David Coverdale is approaching mid 60's and still can sing like back in the 80's. The new "purple " album tribute to the Deep Purple work he did many years ago was a brilliant idea for an album! They did amazing job recreating those tunes!! Awesome!!
Our ticket price was $ 178.00 and our friends who were with us paid $75.oo and all we got was a t-shirt included that was crazy !! huge disappointed with over paying for this !.
From beginning to end I was blown away. David looks great and sings with tons of energy. The drummer and two lead guitarists showed incredible musicianship rarely seen. Go see this band for yourself!!!
