Whoopi was hilarious! I could relate to her stories, especially about menopause!

She's a natural
by LisaDes on 2012-03-05The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 5 out of 5Been wanting to see Whoopi's live stand up comedy all my life. So glad she finally came to Windsor near where I live. Whoopi is such a natural performer, even when she is being serious, she is still funny. Her honesty and genuineness is very refreshing as well. There are not many people like her left in the entertainment industry. I hope she comes back to Windsor again, or even London, Ontario, I'll be there again.
Awful
by Hatedher on 2012-01-16Hard Rock Live - HollywoodRating: 1 out of 5Her toilet humor shouldn't be allowed on stage. Bad enough for the juvenile adults who seemed to love her, but there were young kids in the audience!

Outstanding, Whoopi is so down to earth that she connect with everyone. What a lady, What a show....
Whoopi was AWESOME!!
by onthebay on 2010-03-30Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5I'm sure Whoopi knows from the packed house she performed to, that we Canadians love her candid, outspoken, tell-it-like-it-is, or should-be opinions. She was highly entertaining and delivered all of it with extraordinary humour.
Making Whoopi
by CathF on 2010-03-29Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5She was both hilarious and engaging. I was giggling in my seat the whole time! The venue was fine but the seats were extremely uncomfortable. If it were not for those...we could watch Whoopi for hours.

whoppi
by edman00 on 2010-03-28Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5We had a great day at Rama the show was a lot of laughs. If the rooms were priced at a reasonable rate we would have stayed all weekend.
Whoopi's act
by Anonymous on 2010-03-28Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 4 out of 5I thoroughly enjoyed Whoopi's act - maybe a bit too short - another 15 minutes would have been nice. I have liked her for a long time and think she is a very smart lady and she proved that by defending her co-worker on The View, Elizabeth Hasselback. When a lady yelled out from the audience "Why don't you kill Elizabeth!" Whoopi was a class act and defended her. I have even more respect for her now.
Whoopi was funny!
by Flash1 on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 4 out of 5We had a great time at the Whoopi Goldberg show. Whoopi was funny and had some good jokes and comments about people in the news. The only drawback I could see was that the show was only about an hour in length however she did spend 20 minutes or so answering questions from the audience at the end of her show. Casino Rama is a great venue to host a show as it is small and intimate and you don't feel overwhelmed by a huge crowd. The Canadian crowd loved her and gave her lots of applause.
Whoopi is FANTASTIC!!!
by royboy on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5She is a down to earth person.I enjoyed the performance, but that was the quickest 1 1/2 hours show that i ever saw.She had me laughing right from the start, and i did'nt stop till the end. I am hearing impaired,so i was worried i would miss out on a lot of the dialogue, but, fortunatley,i was able to watch the big screen and watch her lips which makes it easier for me.Thank you for a great show!!
Whoopi was mediocre
by mock1 on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 2 out of 5Was looking forward to seeing Whoopi in person at Casino Rama. Her routine was funny, though she keeping referring to her notes. You would think that a pro would have their routine down pat. I am a really big fan of hers, and we drove two hours to get to Rama. Whoopi was only on stage for an hour. I don't think she gave her fans their monies worth very disappointed. We have within the last year since Chris Rock and Robin Williams at Casino Rama, and they were wonderful, very funny and exactly what you would expect from stars of their calibre. Whoopi wrote in her performance. I definitely wouldn't recommend her show to friends.
This lady never disppoints....
by Suziewho on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 4 out of 5I found that Whoopie was the usual on the mark, on the timing, in your face entertainment mogel that I have always thought she was. This was the first time I've had the opportunity to see her live and I was NOT disappointed. I wish I had been closer to the stage, but someone has to sit in the farther back seats but the large screen gave the benefit of her facial expressions, that were lost because of the distance. You know the question that says, "If you could have dinner with anyone, who would that be?", Whoopie would be in my top 5 to chose between. She is funny, intelligent, real in a business that has a lot of unreal life and people and knows how to entertain. I found the material this evening, a little plain but with her jovial approach, it wasn't hard to find my cheeks hurting for laughing out loud. I would recommend all fans to see her in person and if you're not a fan, one show could reel you in. You Rock Whoopie.
I expected it to be longer than that..
by Nikopopoulo on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 3 out of 5It was ok, I find Whoopi totally funny except she wasn't telling jokes, she was talking more about her thoughts on life.
Whoopy Whoopi
by loupy on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 3 out of 5This was a good show. Very funny, good content. However, it was too short, just a bit over an hour long.
Whoopi was Whoopi
by Greatger on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5Absolutely great comedian, I would recommend anyone to check out her show
not worth the drive
by normpem on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 2 out of 5too political, too crude, too short, not funny. If you enjoy American liberals castigating their country while using the f word frequently, you'll enjoy this. If you are expecting stand-up comedy, don't bother. She also did the lights-up, ask me questions bit - who cares?

I would recommend Whoopi. She came out amazing, full of pep and captivated the audience straight away. We found that as her performance went on she faded somewhat. Would have preferred a bit less swearing.
Whoopie Goldberg was sensational & down to earth!!
by Smudjie on 2010-03-27Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5What a great night. We had great seats and the big screens helped alot to see facial expressions. I would definately go to this type of venue again. But when it came to question time they didn't let anyone up in the seating tiers to ask questions. Mostly folks on the floor got to ask. I think they should change that a little. Whoopie is refreshing and down to earth. We are so glad we went!
Whoopie was awesome!!
