    Awesome

by BJ on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

Great time each year. Perfect for families or those without children. Autograph sessions get you up and close with the players. Season ticket member lounge is always stocked with great food and great fun

    Winterfest 2020

    by E. S. on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

I really enjoyed winter fest 2020. I personally do not come to winter fest for the rides and games I come for the Players. I just wish that we could have a little more access to the players to personally tell them how we feel about them without having to pay to get them to sign a piece of paper or to have someone take a picture. I have been a Blue Jay fan for over 30 years now no matter win or lose.

Incredible event. My family and son had a fantastic afternoon. Thank you, Blue Jays. You know how to run a first class event

    Fun Family Event

    by C. on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

The Blue Jays put on a good event to get us past the winter blues. Players and front office personnel are everywhere, both past and current. Autograph possibilities abound. The "big ticket" autographs are pre-paid so come prepared. There are games and activities for all ages. Food and drink are stadium prices, so quite expensive. Souvenirs are everywhere and also expensive. We had a lot of fun.

    Fantastic family fun!

    by M. on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

This is our second time attending, and this year was even better than the first. There were more activities and because of that, lineups weren’t as long. I have two young kids (4&7) and they had a blast (so did the the adults!). I’ve recommended this event to friends even if they aren’t into baseball because there’s so much for kids to do that it’s a fun day out. If you love the Jays, then it’s even better!

    Almost perfect

by Karen on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

I went to both days of Winterfest and I had an amazing time! So many fun activities to choose from. So many opportunities to interact with players, prospects, alumni, coaches, the manager and front office staff. I got lots of autographs and pictures with guys, and everyone was so pleasant and friendly to interact with. It made me feel like I matter to the Jays. I came home very happy, both days. There is, however, one way that the experience could have been even better. I had autograph sessions on both days. Day one, one of my groups had Vlad Guerrero jr in it. Excellent! Day two, one of my groups was this exact same group. Respectfully I don't see the need to visit the same group of guys, two days in a row. I didn't use the second session, it just went to waste. Instead I lined up for some great pictures which I'm really happy that I did. I'm sure there are ways, using computer technology, to make sure that fans aren't assigned the same group two days in a row. Also, I asked twice if I could switch to the other group in that time slot, the one with Matt Shoemaker and other guys. With all respect to Shoemaker, I'm guessing there is at least one fan who got his group who would have been over the moon to trade with me for the Vlad group, and two fans would have been that much happier. I don't understand why this wasn't allowed. I would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could have. Great job overall, Blue Jays. Hopefully there can be improvements in the way I suggested in future years to make it a 5 out of 5.

Great but flow of people tight

by Fan on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

Thought it was great. Only change that I would like to see is better flow of people on 100 level. Very tight and congested

    Awesome Weekend!

by Kelgredaw on 2020-01-22Rogers Centre - Toronto

Such an incredible event again this year. The only thing that I feel needs to be addressed is that the garage sale closes way too early. With so much to do it's hard to get in before it closes each day. It should stay open until 4pm.

long wait lines to get inside

by mom and son day on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

The whole tbjwinterfest experience with games/activities, giveaways, self-guided tours, meet and greets was Awesome!!! The one and only one thing that would make it better is to have more gates open to enter. We arrived just before 10am then had to wait outside for about 45 mins. in a really long line wrapped around the side of the building in blizzard/wintery weather to get inside...this definitely did not make the day start off good....

Such a great experience for all ages!

by EWP on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

I've been to this event twice and I find it really well organized and tons of fun stuff for all ages! I really enjoyed the layout this year especially! Didn't feel as over whelming and each section was really well organized for different age groups. Also liked the prize games on the 100 level. But maybe spread them out a bit more since it was a bit difficult to see where the line ups started for each game. Will definitely return!

    Disorganized too many lines.

by JaysBunni on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

They need better organization on the bracelet pick up. They only had two people working the autograph pick line for every time but the time immediately upcoming one. I had to wait 45 minutes before I had to run to go to my tour. I didn’t get my bracelet I had to race from my tour to get my bracelet and almost didn’t get it. I think they need one pick up spot per time or a pick up time per session or printable tickets for the sessions to scan. Or mail the bracelets. After the line issue I had a great time because there wasn’t anything I had to wait for in line that was time sensitive.

    Great Experience, Bad Start

    by L on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

Was a lot of fun, great experience, got to see the players up close and talk to some. The only issue was getting in, took about 45-60 minutes waiting outside in the cold with driving snow in your face as I believe they only had one gate for like 10,000 people. Also, my son got sick two days after, and I think it was because we had to stand outside for so long. Please fix this for next year, have 4-5 gates, if not more, available. As good a time as we had, and it was our third year going, the entrance issue is enough to think twice next year.

    Great event

by Teeb on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

Line ups can be pretty long so you spend a lot of your time waiting for things but there is so much to do for all ages and most of it is free once you pay admission.

Loved the players' interviews and games.

by Allouze on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

What a chance to meet the new Jays players. I love Winterfest, it's fantastic. The only thing that I'm not happy with was that I couldn't see the players to take a picture with them. Last year was better in that regard.

    Great!

by Sara on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

Our family loves this event! It’s wonderful! They really out do themselves! More interaction with the players would be great! My jays fans don’t really want pictures or autographs but they would love to toss the ball to a blue jay! The only downside is only using one gate. The kids are so cold and the lines are so long. Use more gates! Kids were in tears!

    Amazing Event!!

by LisaT on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

So glad we went. My 5 and 3 year old had an incredible time and even our baby girl had fun! There was so much to do that we did not even make it to half of the activities! The staff was so friendly and the players were awesome. The event was very well organized and well worth the money. Looking forward to making this an annual tradition! Highly recommend this event!!

    Awesome Experience

    by Scooter529 on 2020-01-21Rogers Centre - Toronto

This was our second Winterfest and we loved it just as much as the first one! We got to see everything we wanted to and even meet some players and coaching staff, as well as some of the media personnel. There was SO much to see and do, we tried our best to see and do it all!
