CHRIS ISAAK IN CONCERT:
When it comes to rock heartthrobs, iconic crooner Chris Isaak is the standard by which all other artists should be judged. Silky voice and shimmering guitar tones? Check. Baby blue eyes and lustrous pompadour? Check. Enough charm and charisma to swindle you out of your savings? Blank check. Starting with his 1985 debut, Isaak has consistently backed up his good looks with serious chops as a performer, and his 2014 tour dates should be no different. Whether he's breaking hearts with "Wicked Game" or casually chatting with his audience, Isaak's talent and magnetism always make for an unforgettable concert experience.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born to a blue-collar California family, Isaak was a high achiever from an early age, serving as student body president of his high school and graduating as class valedictorian. He signed to Warner Bros. in 1984, making his album debut the following year with Silvertone, a moderate success. His self-titled 1986 sophomore album fared similarly, but 1989's Heart Shaped World was a breakout hit, catapulting him to international fame with the steamy single "Wicked Game." Following a string of popular albums released in the '90s, Isaak had a successful run hosting his own talk show The Chris Isaak Show from 2001-2004. On tour once again in 2014, Isaak will treat fans to classics from his decade-spanning catalog as rumors swirl about the possibility of new material on the not-so-distant horizon.

We saw Chris Isaak and his band for the 3rd time and, as usual, it was a great show. Thanks for coming back to Casino Rama guys! We love the venue because you really can't get a bad seat, it's a smaller venue, and parking is easy. Chris was very entertaining and his voice sounded great. The band was spot on too. Really enjoyed ourselves.
I had no idea what to expect. This was my first Chris Isaak concert. He was so engaging with the audience; he was funny; he performed all of his great songs!! Amazing show!!
Absolutely wonderful concert. His voice was outstanding! Such a great live performer with a great sense of humour. Concert was holiday classics with his tops hits thrown in between. 5 star night out! Seriously.
Chris Isaak is an incredible performer! Super funny, interactive with the crowd, amazing voice and still very good looking ;) I wasn’t sure what to expect prior to the concert but I was very pleasantly surprised!

This really was the best concert I have seen them play. The lightning turned into a blessing. Chris added extra songs at the end which made the experience incredible.
A great concert, it was great to see him out on the dance floor. We really enjoyed the evening, although the sound could have been a bit better. Loved the music and the band as always, they fit in well with the Vancouver crowd, and everyone that around us was animated!
Chris Isaak was fun and can still sing the crap out of his songs. I highly recommend!
Always love listening to Chris and the band. Although, no backup as advertised and they were off the stage at 10:40pm? A bit early in my opinion. But, I still love the guys.

I saw Chris Isaak the last time he was in town at the Centennial Concert Hall. This time he was at the Burton Cummings Theatre. Mr. Isaak is such a professional. His voice is great and the band plays very well together. Chris includes the audience in his performance and sings his heart out. Great show.
A very entertaining show! Chris Isaak has a great voice, and he's also very funny. In addition to his own songs, he did some tunes from Roy Orbison, Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis. He did quite a bit of talking in his show, but it's very entertaining. He walked out into the audience to sing at one point. His band is first rate, and they all seemed to be having lots of fun during the show. I would definitely see him again!
Great show. Super professional, extremely entertaining. Good for the whole family with great music and some wonderful tributes to Roy Orbison and Merl Haggard etc. Would strongly recommend this show to anyone. We had a blast as did everyone in the venue. Great show.
My husband and I attended Chris Isaak's show on August 27th. We were so impressed with what a genuinely nice man he is. He is so complementary to the Silvertone Band. They have been backing him up for 31 years and you can tell that they have a wonderful working and personal relationship. No swearing, no f-bombs, just good singing and music! This was our first concert with Chris and we would definitely see him again.
Chris and the Silvertones put on an outstanding show. New material and old. Great back and forth with the crowd!!

Puts on an awesome show! Sound mix was perfect. Band was great and Chris is incredible as a vocalist and as a comic.
We thought his show was very entertaining. A polished performer with great singing and sense of humor. Sang a variety of music ,old and new of his music and some Roy O and Elvis-great!! Started on time and came back for encore. We thought it was a wonderful performance and the music is outstanding.
Chris Isaak entertained and amused from the time he walked on stage until we reluctantly let him end the show. Told stories and joked around between wonderful songs. His voice range is phenomenal.
