No Upcoming Concerts
We're sorry, but we couldn’t find any upcoming concerts for The JUNO Awards. Please check back soon.
What started as the RPM Gold Leaf Awards in 1964 by RPM editor and publisher Walt Grealis and record label executive Stan Klees, soon became The JUNO Awards in 1971. Named in tribute to Pierre Juneau, the first chairperson of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), the JUNO Awards were founded to raise the public profile and recognition of musical artists in Canada.
The JUNO Awards has evolved from an industry awards event to a weeklong festival that travels city to city across the country. It encompasses both public-facing fan events and industry/networking opportunities featuring a diverse array of Canadian artists and emerging talent. In addition to The JUNO Awards Broadcast, JUNO Week event programming includes JUNO Songwriters' Circle, JUNOfest, and more.
In 2002, The JUNO Awards went on the road to take the music to the fans and expanded its scope to include a series of public and private events outside of the Awards broadcast. Each host city has embraced their opportunity to support the JUNO Awards and build an enduring legacy of music programs in their market.
We were treated very well. The experience was very smooth, and we will most definitely buy tickets through Ticketmaster again. Thank you!
I had so much fun. The program was fabulous. Simiu Liu should be a life-long host for Junos. More security needed around the stage so the topless protesters would not be able to invade the event. Also, more parking!!! Overall, the best Junos ever!
Experience was underwhelming. It's definitely a made for tv event. Video screens were tiny, essentially needed binoculars to see anything.
I had this event pop up o my radar and post-lock downs, decided the outdoor setting would be a celebration in many ways for Toronto residents and I wanted to take part. It was high energy and loads of fun. It was well organized and coordinated. All the entertainers were a joy to witness in person and in a community setting. Great night out!
The JUNOs was a really fun experience! Music and performances were fantastic and we got free upgraded seats so I can't complain. Only thing I expected was just more of the actual awards presented and seemed a little short but I get it is aired live.
Best production by far. Exposed and Celebrated Canada's contribution to the music industry with an extensive wide range of genres. A Proud Canadian
World class production that exposed and celebrated Canada's extensive range of musical genres. A Proud Canadian.
I loved that there was this palpable energy in the crowd from the minute the show started. And where else can you see several outstanding artists perform in a single night?
Me and my friend had A-blast but would have been know that there would have been a pole in front of us
what i like about it was that big performance from haviah mighty and alicia mighty playing piano during her performance it was excellent.
I purchased the tickets as a surprise for my partner's 40th birthday, and we had a blast! The drinks were overwhelmingly pricey, and the seats I got were not worth the price difference from the back section seats. The acoustics were great, and we mostly watched the screens, as a structure post was obstructing the centre stage. The atmosphere was fun, everyone there was having a good time, and we got a chance to take photos with some folks we admire. The outdoor venue was perfect to curb my covid anxiety. I have had so many. covid deaths and ICU experiences that I was afraid to be indoors, but the venue was soothing. And luckily, no rain. Having Indigenous representation on stage was the most meaningful and emotional for me. It is a dream that my grandmother would never have imagined. It was a great time.
Was a great night out, loved the performances by Avril Lavinge and Lauren Spencer-Smith. As well, it was very cool to see Shawn Mendes in the house. Venue was easy to find. Only complaint would be we were not allowed water in, even though the website said they did. Maybe it was the event. It was a hot day out so didn't make sense. Didn't let that ruin my evening though. Oh and Simu Liu was a fantastic host, loved his dance moves during commercial break!!
Everything was amazing from start to finish! The staff helped us find accessible seating for my friend and the show was seamless! You’d hardly believe it was a live taping! I’d do it all again in a heartbeat
I thought the Show was Great! However, the way the two stages were set up made it very difficult to see the people on the smaller front stage when talking. There were viewers both behind and in front of this smaller stage, and the people receiving the award standing in this stage blended right in with the audience around them.
My wife and I decided to go to the JUNOs, we’d never been before. There was a buzz in the air and a really positive feeling. I sat there and scanned the crowd in this open venue sitting in the middle of over 5000 people. From the moment it started, through the entire evening the entire event was filled with incredible music and performances. it was so exciting something you can only experience by being there. Thank you to those who put this event together it was very professionally done i’m so excited! I would so do the Junos again. I contacted my friend Kevin in Edmonton saying “dude you got to go to Junos” Heck I should look into some plane tickets to join him. Thanks for the experience in that moment.
We had a blast!!! The host, performers and venue were great!! Gotta love an outdoor concert!
Wow! What an experience! The JUNOS did not disappoint. The event was well organized, smoothly orchestrated, and highly engaging. It was so awesome to be part of this energetic and entertaining event. Great Canadian talent showcased, and the MC did a spectacular time. Well done! Definitely one of life's most memorable events!
My wife and I took our daughter for her first live music event and it was a blast! Bud Stage never disappoints!
My bestie and I went and had so much fun! We have wanted to go since we were teenagers so after 35 years of waiting we finally made it! It was worth the wait. It’s exciting to see what people are wearing and the show was outstanding to watch live!
Simu was an amazing MC. Really enjoyed the awards and all the performers.
