  • Adam was flawless; KO entertaining

by VAKing on 2010-06-21Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

I expected Adam to deliver an amazing performance, which he did. I only wish his set were longer than 1 hour... The big surprise of the event was Kardinal Offishal. I knew some of his songs, but did not expect to be so entertained. Lots of energy, got the crowd involved and singing along, lots of references to old familiar tunes (Rob Base 'It take two', The tide is high, MJ, etc). Lots of fun, and got everyone in the mood for the real reason they were there - to see Adam live. Great concert!

  • Glambert was simply amazing!!!!!!!!!

I have to say Adam Lambert truly is entertaining, his vocals WOW he is blessed, they send chills he is definetely STAR quality, I hope next time he is on for 2 hours. The whole production is worth going to and if he comes back to Toronto I will be there.Adam is not hard on the eyes....love the costumes especially the tight, leather gear. He moves well too..his back up dancers are amazing too.

It was something to remeber. Adam is amazing. He sounds much better than on tv, Such a handsome and charming young man. I wish only that he will sing longer.

  • Great event!

It was great seeing so many acts in one place. Kardinal Offishall and of course Adam Lambert were the best. Such a wonderful venue. Nothing like the amphitheatre on a warm night.

  • Adam Lambert what an entertainer

by Audgie on 2010-06-21Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

I arrivewed at 3:00 not knowing the line up for the day. I was surprised at the number of acts. Most I did not know. I was just there for Adam. Really wished he had performed longer. It was really a very entertaining show. I did not disappoint. Wow can he sing. I brought my 19 year old nephew who was visiting from US with me, he had never heard any of Adam's song. He was impressed with Adam's talent. Any show he does in Toronto/Hamilton I will attend. Cardinal Official was good. But know one was any where near Adam's show.

  • Adam was the best!!!!! I just wished it didn't end

A long day ended with an unbelievably awesome performance by the headliner Adam Lambert. The crowd for this concert was very diverse in age so working up to Adams performance was rather tedious. I totally missed the first two bands and I feel bad for them as there was probably nobody there to listen to them. The highlight for me was Fefe Dobson, she can really move that body. She has a great voice although I think the sound was a little off as it was hard to figure out alot of the words, but it didn't really matter. I am a fan. The rest of the bands seemed to be rap type bands and they were ok but I am not into that type of music at all so it was pretty hard to take. My friend and I opted for the AMEX lounge where we were treated to a special intimate performance by Idol contestent Allison Iafrate. Why she wasn't on the main bill I don't know but man what a great opportunity for the 100 or so people that got to see her perform. She blew me away with her strong vocals, great smile and a tight back-up band. Adam...WOW! The audience stood on their feet from the minute he appeared. His beautiful voice filled the house and the place was a dance club. Young and old, it was great to see that kind of energy. The band sounded great, the dancers were ok, I could have done without them. Adam strutted the stage in some great outfits and looked HOT! I wish he had more than one album to work with because nobody wanted to leave.

  • WAITING...

    by s1inacio on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

The event was not bad but what bothered me was the time between the shows that was too big, and the sound at the first shows was too low. I really hope that is not the same next year. .

  • Awe-Inspiring Adam Lambert!

by Integrity on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

From the time Adam Lambert made his first epic appearance on the stage until all-to-soon, 13 songs later, when he got off- the vocals and imagery were awesome. He's never lacked in stage presence or talent from what I've seen, but experiencing it live was so wonderful. The crowd had such and amazing energy, and I was glad to be part of it! I will definitely see Adam again the next time he comes to Toronto. Come back soon, Adam!

  • ADAM WAS AWESOME!!!!!

by lushusv on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Although I could not make it there for the entire concert, I showed up in time for Danny Fernandez, Kardinal Offishall and Adam Lambert!!! What an amazing show!!! Kardinal put on an intense show! He gave it his all and the energy he emitted was contagious! Adam came out in all his showman glory to have me dancin' out of my seat all night long!! Sexy, theatrical, confident and vocally masterful, you couldn't have asked for a better show. It's been 24 hours and I'm still buzzing from the experience. Can't wait for him to come back again!

  • Adam Lambert is simply the BEST!

One of the best concerts ever, so much energy so much love from the crowd...Adam has one of the best voices out there, not many can even compare. If you get the chance YOU HAVE TO SEE his Glam Nation Concert! Adam is the one true rising star right now! Catch up with him now!

  • Wham Bam 2010

by glamgirl on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Wham Bam was a really fun concert! Karl Wolf and Danny Fernandes were fun and up beat. Kardinal had the crowd jumping up and down and was very high energy. The main act, Adam Lambert was amazing. His performance was very theatrical, with his and his dancers costumes. Adams dance moves were also very impressive! His voice sounded great and he had awesome interaction with the crowd. The only negative aspect was that his performance seemed very short. Everyone was surprised that it ended so early. Other than that there were no negative comments.

  • KISS FM Wham Bam minus the "Wham" and the "Bam"

    by ampm86 on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

For a concert event that centered around Adam Lambert, it was highly disappointing that he performed for less than an hour... and performed a very mediocre concert at best. With a large persona and an even bigger voice, his voice was flawless. However, the concert was sub-par and did not live up to the "Glamnation" one would expect. It left the audience wanting more, as they continued to chant for Adam to return to the stage while the lights came back on. Overall, KISS FM Wham Bam did not live up to what it once was when KISS FM existed the first time around. I can only hope that Wham Bam will grow to the standard all its listeners expect.

  • Adam Lambert - outta this world!!!!

The glittery alien from planet fierce was in full glory last night. What a show. Every song superbly arranged and delivered. Couldn't take my eyes of him. Orianthi and Allison Iraheta rocked Kardinal had us on our feet Karl Wolf was entertaining

  • Adam Lambert - simply amazing!

    by Sparkling1 on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Adam was even better than I had wished for - we had pit tickets and enjoyed every single moment. He's a true WoW factor and I would see him again in a heartbeat! The best opening acts of the night were Karl Wolf - we love you!!! and Kardinal Offishall with a thankyou for the time you took to pay tribute and remember our dear Michael Jackson. Definitely the best opening acts for Adam Lambert. Orianthi, Danny Fernandes showed a good time and we also enjoyed Spose so they need a mention in there too.

  • Wham Bam

by Bemmers on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

It was great to see Adam Lambert perform. I would have liked to have seen him perform for more than an hour. I was a bit upset that my ticket said he was to start at 3:00pm but he didn't get on stage until 9:00pm. I now know that "wham bam" means there are more bands playing first.

  • A new King is born!

by ChrystalDen on 2010-06-20Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

It was a bit disappointing that we were not previously advised, this was a 'variety' concert. When the tickets were bought, my daughters and I thought we were going to an Adam Lambert event, not a 7-hour flow of artistes leading up to him. So we had to wait for 6 hours. But, Adam was WELL WORTH THE WAIT. He delivered a flawless sequence, well-choreographed and professionally executed. Quite evident that this guy is a perfectionist, and ensures that his fans will receive only the best. As one fellow fan said...Elvis was the King of Rock, MJ was the King of Pop, and now, a New King is Born! Finally, while my daughters and I absolutely love Adam, it was amazing to see how many 'middle-aged' fans were there - and that speaks volumes for his cross-over appeal and potential for continued astronomical success.
