American Idol Live! Tickets

We had a great experience and loved meeting all the performers, they are wonderful, nice young people who are all very talented, we wish them all bright and glorious futures.

VERY DISAPPOINTED I have gone to the American Idol show in Syracuse for 3 years and this year had to travel to Toronto with extra expense and took 3 other people. Big Mistake. Boring....top 4 did not even really sing more than one song and chorus infrequently. Clothes were not up to American Idol standards and the stadium was mostly empty. The sound and sets were very substandard even for American Idol....will probably not go next year.

The show was good and Candace was amazing. The show was not as good as it has been the other years I have been. This was not due to the singers themselves, but because, except for a few exceptions (such as Candace), the song choices made on behalf of the performers were not "in tune" with what their voices do best.. I agree with earlier reviews I read that the backdrops to the performers were not as exciting as in other years, but what`s most important to me are the songs & acts themselves. The perfformers were certainly lively for the most part and seemed to genuinely enjoy the show. I personally find that the music is a little louder than necessary in the venue (Air Canada Centre) and in some cases the music is too loud in comparison to the vocals, which would seem to miss the point of the show. The venue was noticeably emptier than in prior years and I understand a number of the shows in the U.S. were cancelled. The word is this is because of the dwindling interest in American Idol (the show), but I sure hope that this show is able to continue to come to Toronto for years to come!

I have been going to these concerts since season 2 and they keep trying new formats. I can't say that I loved this show as much as some others but I do have to say that this was a very strong group of talented performers. My favourite contestant was Kree Harrison and I had no problem remembering her name but there were others I just could not remember at all. At previous concerts they used to have their name in lights before each of the solo performances and that was not the case this time. They did way more group performances than ever before and they were solid performances, however I would have like to have seen more from the winner, Candice and the runner up Kree. I think Janelle was great and she looked like a star. Angie was solid but would have liked to see her on the piano a bit more. Kree was Kree and her voice is wonderful and her stage presence has gotten better. Candace was good but didn't do some of her stronger songs from the show, so I was disappointed. The other girl from the top 5 was good but her name alludes me and I feel so bad as I think she is the total package and can compete with any of the top pop singers out there today! The boys were just ok although the tall boy with the blonde hair who left the show early was the stand out male performer. I still can't believe he left the show so early. During one of the group performances I think it was Lazaro who had some really off key notes and it was pretty obvious that there were some harmony issues with him. Overall it was a fun night although I think the tickets have become a little too expensive for rookie performers. I think this may have been my last AI show unless there is some really hot talent this upcoming year. Sad to say as a few of the AI performers have become my faves over the years. Just saw Kelli Clarkson again for the 5th time and I have seen Carrie Underwood everytime she comes to Toronto. Lets hope that I can get another favourite soon!

The top ten were fantastik. We noted that many had improved since we last saw them on the show. The effects were awesome and the production of the show was just amazing. They did a great job! Of course I have my favourites, but this show--they All put on great performances. We enjoyed the show tremendously.!!!

I think the venue was too big and it made it less enthusiastist being there. Very average. The singers themselves were just ok in getting crowd engaged. Some better than others in engaging crowd, some too focused on self look that lack of experience showed . Janelle, Angie and Candice a hit. As well as one of the males in particular, dark heavier set, sorry don't know name. Nothing special about the set either. Good length of show.

We've been to a few Idol Tour shows. This one was disappointing. We all came to hear the talented singers. But the audio-geek kept the band so loud that the vocals were garbled. Also disappointing was the lack of music for sale. They've been on tour for months and still nothing?!

always a good show - moves along and well staged thought many of the songs were 'lame' this year all the singers were excellent, too bad the music/song selection did not compliment their talent. there are a lot of better songs out there. i realize repetitive verse is 'in' but it does not make nor contribute to a good performance, not fair to artist(s)

Nice to see the actual singers live; the singing was great but the production was low grade. If Ryan isn't going to be present for the shows, his video appearances add no value

The show started on time. I meet them all after the show. My favorite moment was meeting Paul Jolley & he said he remembered me from Twitter and he signed a picture of himself and took a picture with me.

While the concert was all that I expected it to be, the Meet and Greet experience was what I will never forget about this event. My 80 year old mother was thrilled beyond belief to actually talk to the "stars" and her swooning made everyone laugh. It was a stellar show with amazing young talent and we wish them all the future success that they dream of. Coming all the way from Canada for the show was worth the 8 hour drive!

It was a gift to my wife who is a huge Idol fan. The Agganis Arena was a really nice venue. The seating we had were on the floor level, right in the middle so it was also really nice. The show itself was very good other then some young girls who would not stop standing up on there chairs in front of us. In all we had a great time at this event and it was run really well. Great job to all who were involved in this production and to the past contestants. They did a marvelous job!!

The concert was very good however the exodus tics of the arena was not the best. The top 10 sang solos, duets, and group numbers. I was a bit surprised that Phillip Phillips only sang in the last 30 minutes of the concert.......but he was worth waiting for

The show was amazing! I haven't enjoyed an entire AI top 10 since season 7. They all have fantastic voices and the performances were lively and entertaining. The one drawback was they're still quite new to performing on such a large scale that some of them haven't mastered the Mariah Carey-esque art of pulling the microphone away during the big notes, which the guys at the soundboard should have corrected. Nonetheless I had a great time and wish it would be possible for all of them to continue to tour together!

It is not often that you can say you thoroughly enjoyed a show from the first moment to the last moment, but this was such a show. All of the Idol participants performed amazingly and they all looked like they were having as much fun as we were. We were thrilled with the whole evening! It was very professional. As we expected and hoped, Colton stole the hearts of the audience and his part in the show was outstanding! Phillip was also absolutely terrific and was truly Phillip Phillips. The surprise show stopper was Erika who performed at such a high calibre consistently. Thanks for coming to Canada, Idols!

The show was so great ! All the singers did an amazing job ! I want to go every year now...the 2 teenagers I took to it had the best time and we met some of the idols after the show, they were so excited!

What a show!!!, second to none. The lights, the action, the performances, all were amazing. Besides the show itself, the performers were so great, I could have sat through another 4 hrs and not tire.

Had an amazing time, every singer was amazing. Music varied from pop to rock. I wasn't really expecting much before going, but came away feeling very happy that I'd spent the money. Would definitely go again.
