That was so incredible. They play all your favorites but everything sounds better and slightly different than the recorded version. Alex is such an amazing performer and there were so many great moments. Loved it and I also appreciated how organized it was. Super on time.
id actually give it 5 stars but its still well-reviewed
loved loved LOVED the concert. I’m so glad that arctic monkeys was the first concert i went to. I fell in love with u guys even more. I had a blast and it was so much fun. I wish i could see you guys live every day🤍
This was my first concert, so I was very nervous prior to the event. I'm glad I picked Arctic Monkeys to see live, because my god can they put on a show! They also played songs from various albums, though I was sad they didn't play "I Wanna Be Yours". I was dancing and singing my heart out! The merchandise selection was great, but I didn't know there was more variety inside the venue until it was too late :( Budweiser Stage was also a great venue, I was not expecting a variety of food and drink stores outside.
Yea it was amazing but He didn’t say “I wanna be yours”
Perfect mixture between old and newer songs. If you complain even slightly then your in the wrong place. They were insane. Would gladly spend the same amount of money over and over
Great show from AM, better then their previous tour. Always entertaining, and a great selection from all their albums. The Fontaine's DC were a great choice as openers, putting on a solid set.
Such an amazing show! Arctic Monkeys sounded awesome.
Great experience! The sound was very good. The venue is a good placer for a concert.
Venue: I had tickets for both AM shows. We had to miss the first one because we spent two hours looking for parking and missed the opening act and part of the headliner. For the love of all things, build a multi-level parking garage above the current one. Have a system where ticket holders get a spot. I had five people in my car. Yes, GO train is an option but not a great one when you have to walk through the entire CNE to get there. Ticketmaster, why can’t I share tickets with the people I am with? In the above situation, none of us could see the show because only one of us had access to the tickets. Bonkers. Also, one egress point is nonsense. There should be many exit points. To be a venue in a world-class city we should have better accommodations. Bands: Arctic Monkeys and Fontaines D.C. were excellent performers. Stage presence and audience interaction was cool without being cheesy. Set lists were well done considering the wealth of back catalogue for both artists. Would have liked to hear more from FDC’s Dogrel album but perhaps that is what I missed the first night. Impressed by the late 70s inspired lights and graphics. The video reverb was excellent and reminded me of Wolfman Jack. The lighting arrays behind either side of the stage were reminiscent of late 70s rock show. Sound was good. Matt Helders is a beast on the drums.
I love alex turner! Wish I could see song from his own collection and shadow puppets though :(
Awesome experience in the pit with my hubby and two teenagers!! Fantastic musicians!!
A great venue and an amazing performance! LOVED the stage set up and overall atmosphere
Out of body experience. I was left flabbergasted by the end of the show. One of the best experiences I’ve experienced 🙌 10000/10 🪩🎸
Absolute madness from start to finish! The boys were in top form and the crowd (myself included) was lapping up every last drop the boys had served up. Peak Monkeys my friends, I was there to see it.
It was the most extraordinary extravagant amazing perfect wonderful night of my life, had to recconect with nature after that. Life changing. 😍
Put on a fantastic show. Toronto loves you guys and I’m sure you could tell. Best crowd I’ve ever been a part of. Went crazy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Saw the Monkeys in TO two weeks ago and they put on a pretty good show! Their older songs really rocked and kept the young-ish crowd "on the dancefloor". While technically good, the new album doesn't really fit in with their catalogue and tended to deflate the energy each time they played a song from Tranquility Hotel. Still, was a worth it to see a good band live.
The Arctic Monkeys put on a good show at the Scotiabank Arena, but it was by no means great. The band lacked a connection with the audience, and for a majority of the show, people were sitting. Mini Mansions however opened the show and were amazing!! Loved hearing Freakout! live.
