World Rugby Pacific Four Series Tickets

Great event - US vs NZ ATHEN Canada vs Australia. We were 2 rows up - sweet seats. Getting into the stadium was quick and seamless. Beverages - expensive!! (But that’s no surprise) Wish it wasn’t all cashless these days. Overall - so glad we got to go to the game + great venue.

It was awesome to see our women's national rugby tram play in Ottawa. It was an exciting match between extremely talented players. It would have been ideal to see Canada, like they dis recently against Australia, but they still proudly held their own against the world Champs...and a record sized crowd to boot. Now about the stadium, don't sit near the field on the south side. It was a scorching hot sunny day, and the way the sun travels, those seats get no shade until it goes behind a building around 8:30 pm. Also, rugby should never ever be played on artificial turf. The poor players had their knees ripped to shreds. Unfortunately twin elms simply can't hold crowds that big so I guess there's little choice if we want world class rugby in Ottawa...other than to have a natural turf stadium.

Saw our women's Canadian Rugby Team put up an absolutely valiant display against the women's top rugby team from New Zealand. Great knowledgeable crowd watching the game! Let me reiterate that it was an extremely exciting game and I enjoyed the game tremendously before I discuss the negatives. Cost of bottled water at $4.50 (plus tax and tip). To be fair I have been to several sporting events and the cost of a bottle of water is just as expensive (TFC game comes to mind!). I don't buy the bullshit that there was water fountains/dispensers available throughout the stadium. The price of a bottle of water was simply GOUGING the paying public, PERIOD FULL STOP! I don't have to purchase overpriced beer, but on an excessively hot day in Ottawa I need water!!!!!! Secondly there was no "Program"available to be purchased that named our and the international players. Where are they from ?, what positions do they play?, What leagues do they play in ?, what parts of our respective countries are the players from ? Felt there was a "missed opportunity "by the organizers to highlight the great wineries of our four nations, Sponsorship..etc. I would like to congratulate our indigenous Canadians from the Algonquin Nation for their Pre-Game ceremony. It certainly upstaged the New Zealand haka! I would like to see this as the "norm"for our women's and men's Rugby Team's. The Canadian Fans obviously enjoyed it tremendously too!!!

So happy we had the opportunity to see history. The women of all 4 countries played their hearts out and so proud of them for that.

Thoroughly enjoyed the rugby games and venue. Great seats and lively audience support for teams. One concession stand ran out of food, but the drinks were fine…lol.

Great women’s rugby in a great venue! I’m not sure how the ladies liked playing on the turf, but it was great to watch.

I was impressed my TD place, good venue. But, I was more impressed with being able to watch two games of excellent action and great atmosphere from the crowd. Great to see the rookie rugby and “ U “ matches as part of the day/ weekend. Keep up the great work Rugby Canada!

This was my 7-year-old's first live sports experience. We were not disappointed! The quality of play was excellent. Our seats were in a great location for the price paid. My only criticisms was that the staffing levels at the venue didn't seem to be high enough to fully manage the number of people who attended. Lines were a little long at all the merch locations. The food locations started running out of certain foods at halftime of the second game. Hopefully TD place can adjust certain levers to make future events a smashing success.

I went to show support for the Women's Rugby team because it was likely my only chance to see them play live. I am not much or a sports watcher but the game was a lot of fun to watch because the crowd was so excited to play. Only two tiny things would improve my experiece: 1. add colour commentators (even just broadcast the TSN audio on internet or radio for those with a ticket) 2. This was a two game ticket. I wish I had know the second game didn't start until 7 pm. The gap was a bit long mostly because I had thought the gap would be 30 min or less.
