WICKED is a Tony-winning sensation that has been defying gravity and delighting Broadway audiences since 2003. With music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz and a book by Winnie Holzman, the fantastical prequel to The Wizard of Oz was nominated for 10 Tony Awards after it opened at the Gershwin Theatre in New York City, and won three, including Best Actress for Idina Menzel, who played the original Elphaba. The musical’s first national tour opened in 2005 and ever since, WICKED’s touring production has criss-crossed North America offering theatergoers one short day in the Emerald City filled with magic, music and the ”untold true story of the Witches of Oz.” The second national tour — known as the “Munchkinland Tour” — has been an open-ended production since 2009 and now stars Olivia Valli as Elphaba and Celia Hottenstein as Glinda.

Love live theater, and this performance was absolutely great!!! Thankyou to everyone for all their hard work.
So good that I had to see twice. Bravo to the cast and crew.
We attended on the last night. The acting was incredible. The music was phenomenal. Everything, every aspect of this entire show was top notch as I said the best I've seen in Winnipeg.
Wow...where do I start??? Worth the price and then some!! Great performance from all and the music from the orchestra was fantastic.. I'm definitely going back Ito see it first chance I get..
Wicked was My first musical, and it was a great experience would recommend this show to everybody!
Fantastic show. The singing was amazing. Loved it!!!!
My wife's sister raved about this show so we had to go too. It was entertaining and we'll worth the (a lot of) money. We sat in row 8, I would not sit any closer. Great writing and performance! Even as a guy, it was totally worth it.
I would recommend this to everyone!!! This was our first broadway show and we will be seeing more
Absolutely amazing! Glinda was particularly amazing. She blew my mind. I've seen Wicked before in the west end in London, yet this was possibly better. Worth every penny.
It was my first time at a musical and I wasn't disappointed. Visually stunning and the actors were amazing. Go see this.
This was the second time I've seen the show. I think Galinda was perfectly cast. She was very funny with a goosebumps-inducing voice. Elphaba really connected and boy could she belt out a tune!
The show was great, though have never figured out why week day shows can't start at 7 or 7:30. Makes for a late night and a tough morning the next day at work! Cast was great, not a glitch.
First play I have ever been too. Fantastic! Everything was so seemless and smooth. Well casted. Very enjoyable evening.
I took my daughter (14) to the show and we were thrilled with the production. The performances were impeccable, as were the costumes (so varied and colourful), the staging and lighting, and of course the music was spot on. My daughter is a budding singer and was absolutely mezmorized by the exuberance and talent of the actors. I can't say enough good things about this professional production. So glad we attended after hearing so many good reviews.
I am visually impaired but it was breath taking, colors, songs, choreography, costumes lighting stunning
I took my two daughters to this show. They really enjoyed it.
Was amazing!!! Costuming was great and actors were top calibre:) best play I've seen to date. 4 of us went, a range of ages. Everyone of us left loving it. Great night:)
Fantastic show. The acting and the voices were unforgettable . But we did have some trouble making out the words here and there. GAlinda was super. She made the show! I really had had no idea what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised by the story. Would highly recommend it to everyone.
The set was spectacular and the actors were fantastic.
I guess from all the rave reviews I expected more. The story itself was a neat twist on the original . The lead characters were excellent and entertaining. The musical numbers I found similar and many unexciting. I also expected more from the set and theatrics, a little high schoolish at times. Still glad we went, just thought we'd be more entertained. Glinda's character is worth the admission.
