Great venue but poor concessions. Why is Tim Hortons outside in the cold and why did the concessions run out if coffee on Friday morning?Poor management as the crowds come when Canada plays.

Terrific curling. Very much enjoyed. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely go again.

As someone who attended the event with my mother who has mobility issues, it was a problem just getting to TD Place - we had purchased parking in advance and have a disabled parking sticker, but there was no disabled parking available, even for this Monday afternoon game. After about 40 minutes driving around in the underground parking, we finally found a spot, only to walk outside and see that we had about 25 steps to go up before entering TD Place. Thank goodness that the people were very nice and helpful once we got in - we were accommodated with a wheelchair and golf cart ride to the parking building after the event. Although I had read up on TD Place as much as I could before going, there was no indication that it was going to be an issue as much as it was. We hope it could be improved in the future, as the curling game itself, and the people working there, were fantastic!

The opening ceremonies were just the right length, not too many long speeches. We had a good view of the games despite sitting far, we were permitted to move around a bit to take pictures up closer. Seats are too low, your kness are really bended, no room.

Curling was nice. Lack of parking sucked. Bus service was not ideal, the venue food and drinks were on par with the venue in kanata so a rip off. But the curling was good. Stadium was clean. However i found the seating to close. I didnt like touching stranger's cus the seats were so close together. I would suggest getting ideas from the movie theater companies since they have mastered sewting arrangements. Even the center in kanata had better seats. However the curling was nice to watch.

Quick entry to get in as the bag check took no time at all. Servers at the concession stands were friendly and efficient. Not as many food choices as I would have liked but there was Lois & Frima’s ice cream so that was delicious! No problem finding our seats and someone was nearby to help if one didn’t know where they were going. Washrooms were clean and the water was hot meaning a proper hand washing was obtained. I’ve been to places where the water is cold and that is not appreciated. The atmosphere in the building was great, people cheering hard and it was a lot of fun to watch curling there.

It was my first curling championship and I absolutely loved it. Well organized and well worth seeing!
