    Wylde Times

by wickedwizard on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

Black Label Society did what they do best, Rock The House. There are few guitarists that can match Zakk and he and the crew delivered with an amazing show. You know going to a BLS show that you will leave satisfied.

    Zakk simply melts faces

    by jordie30 on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

Unreal show, great opening with the Canadian anthem. The sound was flawless and a great setlist. The pit was one of the more intense ive been a part of.

    BLS ROCKED!!

by Unclegigi on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

LOUD... the way rock should be played. Zakk, once again put on a great show. VIP seating was worth every penny. Great view, sound and no line-ups for drinks. My first time at the Sound Academy and enjoyed the patio connected to VIP. Will do it again.

if you haven't seen them DO IT NOW!

by Thespen on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

BLS brought ample amounts of energy and metal to completely destroy the audience's ears and melt many a face. This was a show that will live on in everyone who went collective conscious as one of the greatest musical events in recent history. Zakk Wylde shredded his drunken heart out and impressed everyone looking upon him gleefully, complete with an audience provided strip show there is nothing that could top this event.

    BLS at Sound Academy

by DoomCrew on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

Zakk and BLS are amazing. The show was great - I just wish he would have played a couple tracks off 1919 Eternal - also the vocals weren't loud enough for most of the set, then guitars got super loud and drowned everything out. Otherwise - great show.

    SDMF everywhere! BLS baby

    by torpedo20 on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

One of the better shows from BLS: very tight setlist with a lot more from the newer material - pure metal!Zakk once again was a monster! Playing Canadian anthem in the beginning was a bit unusual but went OK. Sound was very good throughout the show - props to the sound crew! Plus, having a few ladies on stage helped the proceedings nicely ;) BLS not to be missed if you're a true metal-head like yours truly.

Last Goodbye replaces In This River

by sterney on 2009-07-20Sound Academy - Toronto

Short setlist, but overall good one. Last Goodbye replaces In This River as the Dime tribute song. New religion on piano was pretty cool too. I just wish the sound academy would have told us on our ticket that there was no coat check because it gets hot in there if you have a jacket on.
