    Great show, overpriced

    by flamesfan12 on 2017-07-16Scotiabank Saddledome - Calgary

Not much I can say....its Brooks and Dunn, and even for guys in their 60's, they still put on a great show. Unfortunately, lots of empty seats because ticket prices were so high. Pretty sure you will never see these guys in Calgary again, and I definitely wouldn't spend the same money next time, largely because they only played for about 90 minutes.

Always love those guys but was very disappointed that when Ronnie was singing Maria and Believe they did not have the cameras on him, instead it was like a kaleidoscope on the screen. Watching him sing those songs has always been so awesome!'

Brooks & Dunn put on a good show, as did Aaron Watson (opener). Was a fun night.

    Pricey tickets, terrible sound

by Wump on 2017-07-16Scotiabank Saddledome - Calgary

We love Brooks and Dunn. The sound st this concert was absolutely terrible. I think it is a mix of the poor acoustics of the saddledome, but also of the sound check. Kix's mic was up so loud that when he chimed in for a harmony, you couldn't hear Ronnie Dunn at all. Most of the lyrics were garbled and we couldn't understand a thing they said when they were talking or introducing a song. It was pretty bad. And the tickets were very expensive.

Brooks & Dunn : Amazing show

by Dorsy on 2017-07-16Scotiabank Saddledome - Calgary

The concert was amazing. Kit Brooks still has the moves. You can tell they love their job. We would definitely go again. The accustics were not the best! You really had to pay attention to hear the words! That was a little disappointing. You could hear it clearer in the concourse than in our seats.

    Brooks & Dunn Last Rodeo

by Teeeah on 2011-02-26Saddledome - Calgary

This was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. I loved hearing all their old (and new songs) and when they asked the audience what songs we'd like to hear, that was the best part. Their voices sounded just as awesome in concert as on their CD's, and I found them both so friendly talking to the audience often. I am so glad that I got to see them before they went their separate ways and I hope that some day they'll sing together again. Thank you for such an awesome and memorable experience.

    The last one was unforgettable!

by moover on 2010-09-07Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

first of all, I can't believe I was there. I w as up in the nosebleeds, but they were still great seats! The guys sounded fabulous. I cried thru every song! I have seen them a total of 18 times and been fortunate enough to go back stage twice to meet them. It is truly an event I will never ever forget and I am so thankful to have been there. I wish Kix and Ronnie all the very very very best there is and I hope there is a reunion tour! I want to be there in the front row! Thank you for twenty amazing years, guys, you are wonderful and you will be truly missed..

Sad to see the boys leave!

by RDFan on 2010-09-04Bridgestone Arena - Nashville

The Last Rodeo concert in Nashville was awesome! The boys were in fine form, and some of the songs they played haven't been heard in concert in quite some time. I expected to see more of their professional friends on hand to say goodbye, but to have Reba come on and help out Cowgirls Don't Cry was amazing. Interesting to see Hank Williams Jr. in the audience and thoroughly enjoying the show.

    tyler,merle,brooks and dunn for good

by hodge on 2010-08-30Blossom Music Center - Cuyahoga Falls

Tyler was a super opening act....strong voice , excellent stage presence. Merle is .....well he IS MERLE HAGGARD the legend after all. FANTASTIC!! What can you say about Kix and Ronnie...simply the BEST!!! An awesome show. A stroll - no really a romp - through their career. The songs, the band, the backup singers were amazing. Brooks and Dunn have gone out in style. BLESS YOU BOYS.

    Brooks and Dunn where good...

by vlaz on 2010-08-30Darien Lake Performing Arts Center - Darien Center

Brooks and Dunn where good but Ronnie looks to be exhusted or something... he just did not seem right to me on stage. Merle Haggard as the opener..??? Merle who? There might have been a few ppl who enjoyed that, but for most of us it was just background noise while we had a beer and chatted with friends.

Brooks n Dunn - "Sad to see you go"

by Purple on 2010-08-01DTE Energy Music Theatre - Clarkston

I was an awesome show....With the exception of the position of the speakers in front of stage as we couldn't see the backdrop screen....But overall it was great...

In the grand scheme of things....

by TxsRed on 2010-06-20GIANT Center - Hershey

As a long time fan of Brooks and Dunn, I was devastated they did not bring their Last Rodeo to Ontario. How could I not see their last show? Due to other commitments, the closest time and venue was Hershey PA on June 17, 2010. I could only get single tickets but what the hey...I wanted to see their final show. I drove 11 hours to get there. Now, as I said, having been to many of their concerts, it was almost immediate that I knew something was not right. My fave, Ronnie Dunn, was just not singing up to par. He sat back for alot of the show and allowed Kix to take over, and when he did sing, he did not have the vocals. He said his throat was sore and he definately did not feel good. I later learned they cancelled the next two shows for health reasons. I am so grateful that I did not drive those many hours to find a cancelled concert but on the other hand I came away a bit deflated because there was no 'My Maria' and others. But I do appreciate that they performed while not feeling good. Also, I thought there would have been more thank you's at the end and they would have walked into the sunset, but they didn't.

Jason, Kix and Ronnie were amazing!!

by nibbyj on 2010-06-07Charleston Civic Center - Charleston

The opening act Tyler Dickerson has amazing talent for being so young. I can see him as a upcomming star for sure. I really bought the tickets to see JasonAldean because i have wanted to see him for years. He put on \ great show, highlights were def "big green tractor" and his rendition of "cowboy". I would drive a 1000 km agfain to see him!! AS for the for the big show of Brooks and Dunn, they did an unforgettable job. Be show ive seen out of the 3 times ive seen them. Very candid, an dshowy, what they do best. The support from tthe crowd made it even more interactive.

Brooks and... are Dunn? Last Rodeo!

by Nickaroo on 2010-05-18Pengrowth Saddledome - Calgary

I found this concert to be amazing. The two of them are truly entertaining - I could not wait to see what they would do next. In one song, they brought up a little girl (unplanned) and she sang with them... definitely made her night. They were doing the show for them to have a good time as well as the audience. I'm so happy we went, and I hope they are not Dunn forever!

    brooks and dunn...simply the best

by hardcorecountryfan on 2010-05-15Xcel Energy Center - Saint Paul

I have seen "The Boys" live a total of 9 times...last nights show at the Excel Center in St. Paul was " simply the best". I am still in shock that I won't be seeing them together again. The show had me pretty teared up on a few occasions, and laughing in a few too! But the music was the best!
