Celtic Woman Tickets

We had previously seen Celtic Woman at Rama for a Christmas show a few years ago. This production was classy, with more choreography and backup singers than the last. As always the three voices were haunting and absolutely beautiful. There were two things that I was a bit disappointed in. First, I love their three part harmony and this show had many solo numbers in it. Solo voices were very high quality but I really missed the harmony. The other thing was that many of the songs were not in English and not familiar. So while still very beautiful, not the same as listening to pieces where we could understand the lyrics. The familiar pieces they sang were Danny Boy and Amazing Grace and these two pieces were lovely. Will never forget their rendition of Amazing Grace with the piper! It was absolutely amazing!

The show was great. The music, the scenic pictures in the background and the pure talent on stage was brilliant. A most enjoyable evening!

The show was a big spectacle that had more prancing around and waving arms than traditional Celtic music. Their voices were lovely. Gowns were lovely too, but is that what it’s all about, really? I felt manipulated by some of the sets. And they must please please please take “Sail Away” out of their act. It didn’t belong and the waving arms were just annoying.

While the talent is amazing, the show was not. The two large black blocks on the bottom of the screen behind the performers detracted from the visuals. Showing scenes of Ireland brought it home, but each picture had chunks cut off. The camera work was laughable at times, with the pianist's face showing in blue at the left shoulder of the singer who was on the screen. There were times when the spotlight was on one performer but the camera on another. There was a very talented dancer on stage for a song-we want more of that! It is important to break up a musical with some dance, especially in a Celtic show. Imagine a ballet music recital with only one ballet dance. It's not the same.

One thing to see it on TV. But the live experience is totally amazing! Absolute perfection in every way.

Love the music, great performance and the 1 1/2 hours flew by. Well done. Only thing was since I have seen them before the set up on stage seemed reduced from previous venues.

Great show. Worth seeing. Seats were excellent. Acoustics were amazing.

This is my 6th time seeing this beautiful show and I will continue to go every chance I get.

Celtic Woman concert was advertised as World tour, so we were expecting Celtic music. Instead 90% of songs were traditional Christmas songs. I would not mind Celtic Christmas songs, however this was all just "Jingle bells" style music. Overall rather disappointing repertoire, for which we did not need to see Celtic Woman group.

First let me highlight the best part....the orchestra was amazing!!! That said, the ladies were nice, the singing was good but overall I didn't expect it to be such a short show...there was a 15 minute intermission that I never experienced before? For the price that I paid for a ticket (mid level seats) I was hoping to be entertained for a little. The stage set up was also sub par, the lights were the best part. Oh and the fiddler|violinist was also amazing...such energy in an instrument. Maybe she can pass it down to the rest of them. Sorry, I wanted it to be awesome but I left with no intention of going again.

We loved Celtic Woman's "Home For Christmas" show at Casino Windsor's Colosseum but were slightly disappointed that there was not more Celtic-type content. It would have been nice if the girls had introduced themselves and recognized that they were in Windsor. "Nice to be back...." or something would have been nice.

This show was equal to what we have come to expect from these talented and beautiful ladies. Their performaces were without a doubt, spectacular. If there was one thing that I could say to the negative it was that with such a large orchestra on stage, there was no room for them to move about. Miread could not safely dance with her violin, nor could the other ladies effectively move, which limited their ablitity to tell their song stories. They did what they could, with what they had, however, and although this was probably an uncomfortable venue for them, they kept those smiles on their faces and were sweet and gracious.

What an amazing performance! Always vibrant and energetic. Great music. Wonderful voices and talent from the group. Front row seats make it even better.

$450 wasted. Less than 2 hour show. The big !0 th anniversay tour was not what was advertised. Where was the rest of singers, dancers, band, choir, bag pipers? $450 never again.

I love Celtic Women and most celtic music, but if that is not your thing then I wouldn't recommend it.

It was a night to remember. Having seen all the videos and PBS specials, we finally had a chance to see Celtic Woman at the Hamilton Place Theatre. The venue was perfect and our seats were wonderful. Very comfortable with plenty of leg room. The acoustics were spot on and allowed the angelic voices of Celtic Woman to be appreciated by all. What a beautiful group this tour company is....enjoying the unplanned circumstances that arose during their involvement with the audience and in true Irish spirit, allowing their humor to shine through. A world-class performance of Irish dancing was an added bonus to this thoroughly enjoyable evening. Talented musicians and a moving bag-pipe performance truly rounded the entertainment out. I would look forward to seeing these performers again and would choose Hamilton Place Theatre as a venue to visit in the future.

It was breathtakingly beautiful. Their voices spectatular. 3 generations of enjoyment, My 10 year old daughter, myself and my 66 year old mother. Highly Recommended

After watching Celtic Woman on TV, I had high expectations for the event to be the same. It was not. None of the original singers, and no orchestra. Somewhat disappointing. There were 3 singers, and when they sang together the harmony was off. Although there were several very good numbers and an excellent piper, I expected more and better.
