  • Love the music!

by Tony on 2024-07-27Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Always loved the music of Chicago and Earth Wind & Fire. I had high expectations and was somewhat disappointed with the live performances. Vocals were somewhat lackluster. I expected to be amazed at this concert but wasn't.

  • Very nice, clear sound

by Amazing . Love that concert a lot . on 2024-07-27Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

  • Great Bands Bad Sound and Jumbotron Follow

by Doremus on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

The sound at the Budweiser Arena was reverberant and poorly mixed. Vocals drowned out by bass, drums and guitars. The bounce In the shed is dramatic. The camera director didnā€™t know the songs and musicians so the vocalist and soloists were often not featured. Random selection of focus on various musicians not professional. Iā€™ve heard these bands in smaller venues like Massey Hall with perfect sound. Close to the mix of the recordings. This venue is not serious about a quality experience.

  • did I miss them playing "Searching so long".

by Marty on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

CHICAGO was good to see......however, they only have 3-4 original band members left. It's still a great sound but it feels more like a cover band now. Am I wrong in saying they never played "Searching for so long"a definite Chicago favorite....

What an amazing performance. They still have it. The horns, the vocals. It was a great concert.

by Louise on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Earth Wind and Fire was brilliant as ever. Didnā€™t miss a beat. Tight group. Fabulous rhythms. Totally sensational. Chicago was fabulous. So many styles. Such incredibly great arranging. Together they blew the roof off. Musical brilliance. Huge enjoyment. Such a wonderful surprise to hear them all together. Thanks for an unforgettable show!

  • Turn It Down A Bit

by Daly on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

We were in the second deck and the music was so loud you had to listen for awhile to distinguish what the song was. I love loud hard rock music but that loud took the fun out of it.

  • LOVE this band, sound was awkward

by David on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

I LOVE CHICAGO! It is such a huge part of my life as both a memory in my teens and a constant reality in my listening. The performance was amazing... but the sound was awward. Compared to the other headliner Earth Wind & Fire, I found it hard to distinguish the instruments and vocals. It was lie one giant mono speaker blaring. We had tje time of our life nonetheless... a tribute to the talented bandmembers. GREAT toe see Peter on stage :-)

  • Loved Every Minute

by julc on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This was a perfect night to take it all in. Weather was amazing, and the music was amazing. Especially liked when the two bands united. Only thing I would say is given some of the voices are not as powerful anymore, more attention should be spent on turning up their mics. Otherwise a VERY enjoyable show.

  • The best acoustics bar none!

  • The whole evening was a thrill for me

by Ivy on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Iā€™ve never seen Chicago before, and when I found out there was an opportunity I jumped. Me and two friends attended, and it was spectacular. We especially like when they performed with Earth, Wind & Fire at the end.

  • EWF and Chicagoā€¦. Awesome!!!

by Barry on 2024-07-26Budweiser Stage - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the evening. Entry to the venue is much easier these days. Our only complaint is the huge prices for food and drink. Wish it was cheaper.

  • Awesome experience to see old rockers still got it.

Venue is a nuisance to get to, but it is great once you are there. Great visual and sound. Large crowd and yet felt intimate. First rate concert!
