This was truly amazing show. Chubby's ability to get the audience involved made the show a joy to be part of. And he did more than the twist which was a surprise because you tend to just associate him with twisting. The Elvis number was really well done. We already have decided to go to see him again in he returns to our area.
No surprise - Chubby Checker played an amazing show! He can dance and sing better than most and he is 71! He interacted with the audience, and he held my hand - sigh :)
I`m from Russia ! When I and my friends was 15-17 it was impossible to get records or tapes or on the radio this music ! ! ! Here ,I sit in the third row and see him in person to perform ! ! ! Only people like me can understand this filling ! New life injection ! Thank you Chubby !
OMG my first time at Rama seeing a show, it was amazing he involved the audience all the way through his show made it fun and he was also funny....... i had the most wonderful experience..... Thank you ...
A really very uptempo show. Chubby Checker doesn't draw out his show with endless chit chat that goes nowhere. I think he ran through 6 songs before he even took a breath. Special thanks for singing his biggest hits true to the originals ( so many artists are so tired of their songs they re-arrange them so that they are hardly recognizable - see Dylan ). Especially fun was his interaction with the crowd. They loved him and he loved them right back. All in all a fun evening and money well spent.
Very entertaining, Chubby Checker got the whole crowd involved. Enjoyed every bit. Was disappointed with the opening act, but Checker made up over and above.
Chubby still has got it. He really knows how to engage the audience, keep things fun and make you want to dance. I was probably on of the youngest in the mostly silver haired crowd and was amazed how he got everyone moving and cheering like teens. A great entertainer, a great show - worth every penny.
I was very disapointed in the event. $60.00 for 1 hour to hear Chubby is extravagant. The first part of the event was not great and I did not pay to see them. When I buy a ticket to see an artist perform I would like to see that artist and not someone I do not know. What a waste of my hard earn money for such a bad show. I did not intend to loose my time waiting to see what I tough was a good artist and to my dislike was so terribly no so. I think it is time for him to retire.
Fantistic. It was one of the best shows my husband and I have attended. He was so gracious and his singing and inter action with the audience was super. We enjoyed every minute, and when away with a smile on our faces.
That was the good old days. He's got what it takes.

The warm up group was terrible and played all of session before intermission. Chubby was great and performed for a full 1.5 hours. At 70 he showed a lot of energy and worked the crowd well.
I wasn't impressed with the guy who opened for Chubby Checker but the wait was worth it... As soon as Chubby Checker got on stage - everyone was standing, clapping their hands to the beat and singing along... It's been a while since I've enjoyed a show so much... I'm French and I grinned every time he said "merci beaucoup" - just the fact that he wanted to say something in French, impressed me... Long life to to the "Twister"...
I had not purchased a ticket for Chubby Checker but purchased tickets for my parents and several of their friends since Chubby Checker was before my time but have heard his music, especially The Twist. One friend could not attend so I took the ticket so the friend would not lose money and had a great time and the show was amazing and I was happy that the friend could not attend and I ended up taking the ticket

Chubby Checkers is an incredible performer. An amazing show. Lots of energy from his whole band. Chubby really shows how much he loves his audience. He laughs, smiles, talks with the audience. The interaction is alot of fun. Any age would enjoy seeing Chubby Checkers. I'd see it again !!!
The Chubby Checker performance was really good. It was like being back in the 60's again. His music has so much energy and makes you want to get up and dance! Loved the performance and would definitely go again.
After all these years, Chubby can still get the audience on their feet.!
From the first note to the last beat of the drums, the show was amazing. I really liked the way Chubby interacted with the audience. I sang along with every song. Thank you for the great talent that is coming to the Casino
