  • Excellent show

by Bent on 2023-08-01Rating: 5 out of 5

Excellent show. First act on, Red Fang, put on a tremendous show - loud, hit the stage running and didn't let up. Middle act, Dinosaur Jr., isn't really my thing, but Clutch was phenomenal as usual. Third time I've seen Clutch and they do not disappoint. I hope Red Fang comes back as a headliner at some point - I'd love to see a longer set, but the seven songs that they did were all great.

Great show! Though out in the harbour front, I love this venue. Great sight lines and sound!!

All three bands killed it, super loud show glad I brought earplugs.

Only reason I give It 4 stars is because Red Fang should have had a much longer set (or headlined). Great venue also 👍

  • One night in Toronto with no stars above to guide me

by Mike on 2023-07-28Rating: 5 out of 5

I have loved Clutch for decades so I was thrilled to see them in an intimate venue. My wife and I had a fantastic time. The crowd was cool. The bar service was excellent and Clutch was at the top of their game. They gave us everything from Marcus to Mars. My only gripe... I would have loved even more to witness about 3 straight hours of Clutch. Great show fellas. Thanks and come back soon.

  • RED FANG DOMINATES

by ODINSMASTER on 2023-07-28Rating: 2 out of 5

I was really excited to see Clutch again. They haven't missed a step. Great enery and the sound at the venue was on point. Red Fang came out to open and played an amazing hard driving blues stoner rock set that got everyone fired up I coulda listened to them for 3 hours I hope they are back in the Toronto area again soon. I won't miss them . After their set band members went to their merch table to meet fans and sign shirts etc. Classy move guys and thank you for that. But after their set Dinosaur Jr came on. I thought I went without expectations for that band ( as I was pretty unfamiliar) but they managed to come in below what my expectations were. I have never walked out on a band prior to that night. We chilled outside and waited for Cutch. The venue had their servers pour every king can of beer into a plastic cup. The bars were understaffed and we basically gave up on trying to get a 2nd $16 beer Then Clutch came our and put on a solid 2 hour set The poor syar rating is in the overall experience a refection of the 2hrs lost in slow drink lines and The sound that came from dinosaur Jr that was more painful then my first bowel resection.

  • Boring band and fans + terrible venue.

The band was boring and the venue is out of the way and sounds terrible. Used to like these guys in the 90s. Too bad.

Thanx guys for the best live show out there! They played a mix of old with alot of new which was great! Willie Nelson was my favorite! Keep coming back guys because I need more!!

The venue would be better if they accepted cash for drinks.

  • Excellent Show at a Great Value!

by Luke on 2023-04-28MTELUS - MontrealRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of the best sets I've experienced in ages. Clutch still delivers after 30 years, and they give a lot of bands a run for their money.

  • Clutch and Amigo the Devil Winnipeg 2023

by DY on 2023-04-27Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 4 out of 5

Clutch are veterans of rock music. They have been around for 30 years. Very tight show, great music. They delivered the goods, but it was almost too perfect in some regards. High intensity rock for sure. Great and big crowd, rock’n’roll heads, male and female with a few kids. Lyrically wise, and attitude wise, Clucth are rather kids friendly. But I felt that scenically, in some ways, they were going with the motions. It felt like one concert out of 1,000s for them. Amigo the Devil had a more scenic presence though, interacting a lot with the crowd. Darker music but great humour from the singer. It was my daughter first rock show, and we had a great time together. Overall, we both preferred Amigo the Devil to Clutch. We still enjoyed Clutch a lot.

  • A great band and a great time

Clutch offers a great show and fantastic music. I highly recomend them to any lover of music. There stile is ever evolving and the set list has many new and old favorites. A fantastic show from a great group of guys.

  • Was absolutely amazing. Great performance!

Just the setlist could have been a little better, more older songs were desired by us die hard fans

  • So good live

by DamB on 2023-04-27Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Do yourself a favour and see Clutch live. Then go to the next town and see them again. Then do that four more times. New set lists and pure rock fury every show. They are among the best to ever do it.

Clutch was incredible. It was my first time seeing them. I hope to see them again. I highly recommend it to anyone. Lots of energy. Amigo the Devil was also amazing. What a different sound. The lead singer had and incredible voice. I will look them up on Spotify. I just wish Clutch would play in Sudbury Ontario one time. Thanks again Clutch.
