Colin James always puts on a great show!! can't wait for him to come back!! I've been a huge fan for a long time and love going to his shows!!

What a great show. Colin James is a superb musician. We had a great time. Loved the new songs - Sweets Gone Sour and I Need You Bad. Voodoo Thing and 5 Long Years are such classics. And the sax solo on Why'd You Lie! Fantastic

Loved his old stuff and loved his new stuff. Looking forward to getting the CD. I hadn't seen him perform since I was 19, and his voice was as amazing as ever. His guitar playing as always is superior! Shame he never broke into the States, but this way we get more of him to ourselves! LOL!!

Happy Fathers' Day weekend for my hubby included a concert by one of my favorite Canadian Artists. I've been wanting to see him for a very long time and it was a great show. Just as I expected. The man has a great voice and he can really play those strings. His band was tight and very entertaining. An A+++++++++ experience.

Colin is just a natural at writing and playing it's like the guitar is an extension of his body which makes it effortless for him to play.

Colin is an extraordinary talent. His guitar sings and he is a fantastic songwriter. I am a little disappointed that he did not play his music from Little Big Band's CDs but overall, I strongly recommend him to anyone who loves guitar. Also, get out and support our Canadians.

Went to see Colin James on Saturday at Casino Rama. Heard quite a few songs from his newly released CD as well as favourites from the past. Colin James is an amazing guitar player. The show was at least 1/2 hours long followed by three encore songs. Colin has not lost his chops over the years. Well worth the money!

As usual, Colin James gave us an outstanding performance on Saturday June 16, 2012 at Rama. I don't think that I have ever seen a bad concert of his; and believe me I have been to MANY! Not only is he an awesome performer but he adds humour to his show by telling little stories with hilarious punchlines! He always has a warm and comforting persona which leaves you feeling warm and tingly inside.....always just what the doctor ordered!! He definitely rocked the place and that I am sure of!

I am not very familiar with Colin james' music but was most impressed with his concert. He is an amazing guitar player and his percussionist was fabulous. The concert was very well attended and I would certainly recommend it.

The concert was a disappointment. The band did not know some of the tunes.... the drummer definitely was fishing for changes and song endings. All in all I expected more from Mr James... it seemed this was a paid rehearsal for the band.

Colin James sounds as good live as his recorded songs. He is an awesome guitar player, but I feel he should move along the stage more especially to each corner of the stage so the audience beyond the corners of the stage get to see him a little closer.

Saw Colin Saturday night at Casino Rama! He was awesome. Loved, loved, loved his new tunes. Always have loved the old stuff too. His guitar playing is mesmerizing!

Great Concert. Great room. Glad we ate mid afternoon though because the Buffet was horrendous. Definitely not worth the price. I think staff should have made announcements regarding lines and where things were located, but other than that it was a wonderful evening...

The show was not as good as we had expected it to be. The sound system was terrible. Although Collin James is a fantastic musician, he was sub par as a New Years Party host. The party atmosphere was definately lacking and it was more like being at a very short concert. The resort staff was uninformative, unhelpful and did'nt seem to really care about the guests. In short extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Definately greatly over priced for what we experienced. To be fair, it was'nt a total dissaster but it was very dissapointing.We were really looking forward to this night. That having been said HAPPY NEW YEAR!! All the best in 2012 !!

I first saw Colin at the '5 sold out nights at the Commodore'.. then a few very special times afterwards. But it's been about '5 Long Years' or more since I have seen him. Unfortunately due to a sudden family emergency we were not able to make the dinner. It's going to sting like it does now when it comes to paying the credit bill because we have been out of work since October due to injuries and knowing we paid a lot for an apparently great dinner. This was my partners and my first time together going to big time event in almost 8 years of being together. (never have gone out for NYE). I am very happy he finally relented to going with me. He LOVED it. Colin rocks! Thank you, Jennifer

Good show: However the sound was way too loud (felt like I was at a Van Halen Concert) Even his acoustic guitar bit was way too loud! 5 stars minus 4 stars for bad sound
